Morning Star - Lincoln - Photo album

A lovely little gem of a place a short walk to the bail gate. Didn't have food, popped in for a drink in the newly refurbed garden, which was fab! Great view of the cathedral. Service was excellent!
Lovely pub, great selection of ales, nice friendly atmosphere in a handy location a short walk from the cathedral but away from the main tourist routes. Main draw is a superb beer garden, beautiful in sunny weather.
Cosy "locals" pub situated on the edge of Lincoln's Cathedral Quarter. A good range of real ales and lagers are available, but sadly, there is no food, apart from the usual bar snacks.
A lovely traditional pub, perhaps the best in the city. Good traditional ales. Often possible to park close by. They no longer offer food so that hasn't been given a rating.
The absolute best place to head to for a drink. A really Lovely pub both inside and outside. Lovely helpful friendly staff we really enjoy our visits here and see you again soon 🤩 xxx thank you
Wonderful pub! Great beers, superb atmosphere and top location. Very fortunate to call this my local and could not recommend highly enough!
Nice little pub in a very nice area, reflected by the clientelle. Cosy indoors decor. Very much a locals sort of pub (not unwelcoming to strangers, though).
Another surprise find at the back side of the cathedral. The real ale, lager and gin selection was very varied. We were greeted and served by very friendly staff. The outside area was spacious, well set out with both undercover and sunny areas and the flowers/planting gave a Mediterranean feel.
Really impressed with the beer garden - they've worked so hard on it and its comfortable, pretty and got plenty of shade and tables. Reasonabley prices drinks, nice friendly atmosphere at the bar.
Lovely little find. Called for a quick pint. Very welcoming. Lovely beer garden.
