Back Yard Burger

Very well maintained property. Looks like it just opened up when it’s been here for years. Amazing burgers! I highly recommend the black and blue! They also have great potato’s and some gluten free options. Easy to get to. Plenty of good parking and tables fit all sizes. They bring the food to you. Locally owned franchise. Fast friendly service. Angus beef.

Drive thru order was either input wrong or just made wrong, ordered with cheese, came without, ordered without ketchup, came with. Went inside to tell the counter person who took my order about it, and she was rude. Set the made wrong sandwich on the counter and left. Been a loyal customer for over 4 years and they frequently get my order wrong in some way, but the customer service has been steadily declining, and this visit was the worst. I’m done with them.

Defiantly one of the best burger joints I’ve EVER been to hands down. I used to come weekly a few years ago then something happened that made customer service to down hill. Then the end of last year I decided to give it another chance as I’m in love with the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich. There’s a different GM there and what seems to be a more friendly happier crew. I’ve been back several times since and have received wonderful service and a fantastic meal! Keep up the good work guys 😉

This was our first time eating lunch here today and we fell in love! We’ve been to other burger joints in the area but had never heard of Backyard until a friend told us how good things where there so we decided to give it a try. Glad we did! The food was amazing, the employees seemed happy to be at work even though it was very busy, they still took the time to make us feel as if we where the only ones! We’ll be back for sure!

Came in memorial weekend!! And the staff took great care of me and my grandkids. Had pretty large order and came out in a decent time and everything was fresh. A nice young lady took my order to the table and told me about a little completion they are having she told me her name was patience. Such Beautiful name can’t wait to come back soon!!!

I like the food, but they consistently get my order wrong. Always missing an item, getting the wrong burger, etc. I am running out of patience. I'll just start going somewhere else. Edit: decided to give Backyard Burgers another try, given the time passed and the comment left here by management. Rolled up during business hours, at 4:15pm (after the 2:30pm-4pm break) and no one seemed to be around. No one taking orders at the drive-through, didn't seem to be anyone inside either. I really want to like this place. But I'm done. Not going to waste any more time or effort here.
