Panera Bread

Terrible experience. Food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting on a counter all day. Employee spilled our cookies off the plate onto the customer side of the counter, picked them up and put them back on the plate for us to take. Yuck. Restaurant was filthy-food all over the floor and half the restaurant had dirty tables, even though there were only 2 other people in the building. Food is overpriced for the quality. We will never be back.

My friend and I went to the 14th & Pine Lake Rd location tonight for dinner. What a disappointment. We order the poppy seed strawberry seasonal salads , the clerk tells us "sorry we don't have pecans for that salad". What---that's the best part of the salad. Then I order the Asian chicken salad, "oh sorry we don't have any sweet onions for that salad." We tell her to give us the poppy seed strawberry salads with whatever ingredients they have. I give her a $20 bill to pay for my meal. "Oh sorry, we don't have any change." Seriously?? You're not making it easy to frequent your establishment. How can you stay in business with service like this. We left, went across the street, got the same salads and surprise - they had all the ingredients. I won't be back soon.
