Ihop

Very good service. Jermaine had a really unique way of communicating with the customers. A little unusual, but enjoyable to listen to. From the sounds of everything, he really enjoyed his job. If not, he presented the illusion really well. Nevertheless, it was a really great experience and great food. I would recommend this restaurant, especially for the customer service given here.

They have really good breakfast foods, but it sort of lacks variety and uniqueness. The regular pancakes weren't as fluffy as I thought they'd be, but they were decent. The bacon was really good. Crunchy and wholesome. The French toast is also really delicious here. Anyone who likes breakfast foods anytime, I would definitely recommend this to.

Jermaine was hands down the best waiter with the best service! Fantastic experience from this friendly gentleman! Cannot say enough good things about him. He was such a gentleman and has impeccable communication skills. He handled my 7 and 3 year old girls with such ease, asking what they wanted and making it a genuine experience for them! We will be back! 😊

The quality of the food at thus IHOP has really declined. I gave them a second chance on the same meal that I had previously ordered & it turned out badly. So I wanted to try it again to give them another chance. It was just, as bad & so was the service. When the staff is more concerned about rushing to get behind the screen to get on their phone, & not come back to check on the table, that's wrong. What's worse is when the customer, who's in a wheelchair, has to go to the screen 3 times to get, 1-silverware, 2-syrup for pancakes, 3-her ice tea that wasn't brought. The worse is the manager is behind the screen just shooting the breeze with the staff, as other customers besides us were having issues as well. Not going back

Awful! Received an incorrect order twice. Just asked for it to be removed from the bill because I wasn't going to eat it, and we couldn't wait on a 3rd order, as we politely explained to the waitress. Then, wound up waiting forever, anyway, to get the bill only to see we were overcharged, including being charged extra for a side that came with the incorrect meal. Waited a few minutes more on a correction only to have an incredibly rude manager finally come out and treat us as if we were low lives, trying to get out of paying for an incorrect order. Terrible, terrible service. And those who got to eat their meal said it tasted like cardboard. Never, never again will we eat at this or any iHop. Yucky management. Yucky food!
