Ordered 2 personal pans. Was given a large 1/2 & 1/2 due to no personal pans available. While I appreciate them trying to get me what I wanted, one had BBQ sauce, the other Alfredo. I have an allergy to tomatoes and was unable to eat any of my pizza as the BBQ sauce traveled through the other half upon cutting. If they would have reached out to verify that was OK it would have been appreciated.

I ordered delivery and never received it. I got a text that it was out for delivery and after 30 minutes I tried calling to check on it. I called the store 5 times with the phone ringing so much it hung up on itself. We had traveled 17 hours that day and my family ended up going to be hungry because we never did recieve the pizza we paid for. Biggest waste of money and time

Disgusting and hazardous for the pizza. I just ordered $64 worth of food thinking maybe it was gonna be okay, nah, all the food was undercooked to the point where the pizza was sticking onto the box and ripping off if you tried to get any. I will never be ordering from this store again.

tried to place an order, the person on the phone didn’t even know the menu enough to let me order a thin crust pizza. shuwanna laurent was the one who took the order, and when i got there she only gave m ex half the order. the employee didn’t know how to do her job at all.

Provolone cheese is the key ingredient to making incredible, chewy and most tasty pizza. Mozzarella and cheddar cheese makes a very good pizza. Adding Provolone cheese makes a great pizza. You do not use Provolone cheese like most pizza places do not. I understand that by not using Provolone cheese cuts cost and increases your profits.

You need to double check the sauces that get put with the order. I ordered 3 extra garlic sauces and when I got home there was 1 garlic and 2 blue cheese containers. I know that sometime things can happen , but it should have been double checked before being put in the warmer for pickup.

The pizza crusts tasted old, and they were dried out, and they were dried out and flakey. They actually tasted a lot like the premade ones you buy from a store, to make your own pizza. I give the pizzas we ordered 2/10, and that is only because they were made as we ordered. Also, the cinnamon sticks we ordered also tasted old, like they were leftover from the previous day.

Worst pizza hut in Lincoln. They can't even afford to put more than four pieces of vegetables per pizza on a LARGE veggie pizza. That's like asking for a large hamburger pizza and only getting four pieces of meat per slice. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
