Applebee's

The food was delicious and the service was efficient. As most places we had to wait for more than 45 min before being seated. Even the reservation steward was bussing tables and cleaned the spills in the hallway due to staff shortage. I do have a small suggestion - maybe instead of having guests be seated and waiting at the waiting areas...they could seat us on a table but inform guests that they have to wait whatever time that was avaialble. (Yes there were plenty of table open this evening) that was we cab already look at the menu and make decisions already by the time tge wait staff is available. Maybe this is too much to ask 😊. Our overall experience was good. Thank you Applebee's Lincoln.

Staff hanging out up front conversing and what seemed like joking around. While our drinks sat out on bar ready, waiting to be brought to our table for 10+minutes. When we asked our waitress if we could get them, she said she couldn’t bring them to us since she wasn’t old enough(which we understand that part, but find someone who can) When getting drinks they were half pours, and mostly foam. Do not recommend.

Our goal when we when visited was to eat food in a nice environment and have a nice time with our friends. Goal: Accomplished. The place wasn’t busy, and it did not take long to be seated, despite clearly being understaffed. Katheiw was sweet and had a good attitude, so props to her! The food wasn’t terrible‼️but unfortunately it was a bit cold when served, due to the lack of staff (there was one server working. Goofy ahh). The boneless Buffalo wings were good but nothing more than standard restaurant wings😤. The loaded pub fries, however, were better than I expected! Overall, the food was fairly decent, nothing too special. Our drinks did not come out until after the food did. This somewhat ruined my dining experience as I was unable to enjoy a cold one with the boys while eating. Having to drink my beer after I had completely finished eating just didn’t feel right. Ultimately, the experience was slightly below average. Applebees is advertised as a late night hot spot for the neighborhood to eat some apps and enjoy a drink or two with friends and family. But how can one server feed a village? When Applebees solves this enigma, they may become a four star experience. (the fries were good enough to finish before taking the picture)

Only went here because our kids are obsessed with the Fancy Like song. Our table was worn and the finish was mostly gone off of it. Music was very odd and not common nor popular songs. Raspberry tea tasted way off, not sweet at all. Bourbon street steak was tough, even at medium rare, and overly expensive for an 8 oz piece. Wife said the french fries were inconsistent - some tasted good, others had little flavoring. There was no Oreo shake with the whipped cream on the top, too - they were out of whipped cream. Then the oreo shake came out a full 1.5" below the top of the cup, leaving room for the non-existent whipped cream. If no whipped cream, could have at least filled it to the top. Service was fine, but we received our check even before the shake came and there were few offers to refill our drinks. Overall disappointed with the food, atmosphere, and general experience. Remember it being better many years ago.

Very disappointing experience, it took over 15 minutes to get waited on once we were seated, our drinks didn't arrive until we were nearly finished with our salads, and my wife's drink was not the one she ordered. My steak was over cooked on one side, dry and well done instead of medium like I ordered, our water and my wife's drink were never offered refills. We won't be eating here again anytime soon. I realize help is hard to find, but that doesn't excuse Appleby's from properly training their employees, everything negative that we experienced during our visit, was a direct result of being poorly trained.

We had a family dinner here, and they messed up my grandmothers order. She didn’t get her food until after we all had ate and were sitting around for awhile, so she just had them bring it in a to go box. When we got our tickets I asked the server if they would take the receipt back and comp her mean, and the server agreed. Server comes back with the receipt hands it to us and hurried away. They tried to pull a fast one and only deducted a couple dollars off of her meal. When I asked about it she said that is all her manager would let her take off. Sounds like a very poorly managed business and we will not be returning.
