Subway

No roast beef at all anymore! 😠 Was told corporate said cost too much. Other sandwich shops still have it on their menus. And I did not notice a price increase. WHAT IS THE COST if myself & other customers go elsewhere to buy sandwiches where roast beef is available?? (For breakfast sand, Club sand, Roast beef sand, Philly steak sand, or added to any other.) 🤨 🥴 = 🤑👉

I frequent this joint pretty often because its close to work and reasonably healthy. Noticed they rarely got my order correct when going through the drive through, so I decided to do a study. Went to lunch here every day for a week going through the drive through. I got the same exact meal each time, same sandwich, no chips, drink, or cookies. Here’s how things went. Monday: Forgot to toast my sandwich. Tuesday: Out of the type of bread I requested. Wednesday: Made my sandwich on the wrong type of bread. Thursday: sandwich was correct. Friday: Forgot to toast my sandwich again. One out of five correct sandwiches gets you one out of five stars.

We have gone several times to this location and every single time they have said they are out of pizzas. It is the same guy working and he has even said to me that he does not want to make any pizzas so they are done selling them for the day. They have also been extremely disrespectful while ordering and paying. Very disappointed as my daughter loves the pizza and this is the only subway anywhere near us.

Don't go to this one. I went 40 minutes ago. I ordered a Italian footling turkey bacon with provolone cheese onions extra onions green peppers and mayo. I got an Italian turkey bacon with onions not extra, lettuce and ranch. No receipt. I call in to complain and they tell me there is nothing they can do for me. Really. Poor service. Make it right to begin with. Make sure you give a receipt. And handle it if your employees don't.

Terrible service today. Wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence while ordering. Just went to total and see you at window. They didn’t make my order right no lettuce or Mayo on my sandwich which I said I wanted twice for both. And asked for lemonade got watered down lemonade. Absolutely terrible service will never be going to this location again!

The worst subway I've ever been to. One car in front of me at the drive through. Took 20 minutes to even take my order. Waited until I get to the window to ask what type of bread or what I want on the sandwich. I work about 2 blocks away and try subway about once a year just to see if the service improves. Nope service still sucks every time.
