5/25/19 night crew slow as molasses. 13 min from drive through order to out the window, wasn't even that busy. Ordered the new Grande Nachos box, I love these new nachos. However when the employee handed me the nachos through the window, there was cheese sauce all over the side of the box which I didn't want on my seats so I asked for a sack to put the nachos in which they did but no apologies for the mess, then I get home and no guacamole on the nachos. It's fast food, I guess I can't have high expectations.

Orders a $5 box and the taco was all tortilla and didnt get the chips and cheese I asked for to replace the cinnamon twists. Wont be back when you insist on shortipeople for what they pay for everytime. My foods never right here

This Taco Bell must be under new management because our experience tonight was great. Friendly staff, really fast/good food and an all-around excellent experience. Well done guys and gals working this evening!

The saddest excuse of a taco i’ve ever seen. They also forgot part of my order and I had to go in to fix it. Drive-thru lady could use some customer service training. I don’t plan on returning.

Poor service and poor quality. This Taco Bell sucks. Didn’t complete order. Name not correct so we didn’t know food was ready. Food prepared poorly.

Went in drive thru about half an hour before close. The drive thru cashier David as on the receipt obviously wanted to go home. Was handed my receipt with napkins and my drink and drink was spewing out the top and somehow was handed a dead fly with my receipt too... This place is decent, just not at night

it took longer than normal at this taco Bell. They were busy though. Also they had to Cook fresh potatoes for my order because of that they said they'd give me free food which I never got. 😆 and then by the time I got to my car started eating my first burrito I realized it wasn't what I ordered. by that time I didn't want to wait anymore. The food was still good though.
