Mcdonald's

Every time I stop at this McDonald's on my way to work they are never open, serving the public, short staffed and can't take orders or their computer is down no matter if I'm early and have extra time to go to another restaurant or running behind like I am today and only had the time to stop here to try to get a quick bite to eat. I mean what's the point of being here claiming to open early for those who need ypur services if you have no intentions on truly serving the public. I would have given a negative 5 if I could but I had to give it at least 1 star.

I love McDonald's, my kids love McDonald's but I'm not sure WTH has been going on lately. My son gets the spicy chicken (4D) but only w/ the spicy sauce, I get thy nuggets for my little one & I usually get the #7 with onions & mayo only. But here lately my cheeseburgers 🍔🍔 have been drenched in mayo. So, this time I asked for light mayo. Nope 🙅 it is seriously crazy how much mayo the cheeseburgers 🍔 had on them each. Then you're missing food other parts of your order, to top it all off. I seriously just need to check it at the window before I ever leave to come back home. I used to work in fast food, I know some days will be crazy & so forth but this has been happening all the time when we go there to eat. I know I should've already been checking my bag before leaving, well before now! I'm still gonna go & get there food bc the food is decent/good & who doesn't like McDonald's fries 🍟 lol!!!

So I've been living in the area for 10 years (roughly) and have seen some good places and some bad ones. If your looking for the most unsafe, unwelcoming, offensive place place in town, this mcdonalds on al 77 in Lincoln is it. With my own eyes I've seen bad attitudes, I'd they even answer the comms to take your order and then worse at the window, I've seen male employees make offensive and obscene gestures towards female customers and staff when they aren't looking, half the time the parking lot has lots of trash in it. Employees smoke in the parking lot or hang out blasting music more than working and they basically roll out the carpet for unsafe characters (gang members, homeless, etc.) In addition they have told me they no idea "how to use half the equipment" and they mess up my order, a very simple order, every single time, no exaggeration. I would highly recommend going a block down the street to jacks. You get served with a smile and good food every time.
