I don't know what magic Wendy used to pull in the mornings, but since she left this location my 2 minute coffee stop turned into a 10+ minute stop.
Everything that comes out of the toaster has a weird taste like something burnt inside of it months ago and was never cleaned out. I visit Dinkins all over new England this definitely isn't normal.
The building has been updated.
Update 5/18/22- do not come here if you're in a rush, or even if you're on time, it'll make you late. You can watch the manager reprimand employees right behind the counter while you wait.

Horrible. Placed a mobile order and walked in and was not even acknowledged for five minutes even though the screen said my order was ready. It was not. My “large” drink also was as empty as shown in the picture. Never again.

Coffee was decent. But they had both bathrooms outta order, not very professional. And I believe it's illegal at most public places. What if someone is pregnant or has kidney issues and can't use your bathroom?

Place is nice and clean, but they have dolts for employees. I don't even like this company or their products, but I was treated to it and I was given the wrong order and the order I was given wasn't even made right. Very unprofessional as well, employees swore in front of a child and never apologized when corrected. Fast food places really just let ANYONE work there.

New modern Dunkin very clean, bought a grill cheese and threw it away. They must microwave it and the crust was very hard and the remainder was soggy. Never AGAIN..

This is one of the nicest Dunkins. It was recently remodeled and it is a very pleasant place for coffee and a doughnut. The staff is very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

This location is poorly run. The staff act ghetto and play offensive music every time I visit. Today the manager was walking around yelling about customers and how they "complain" about things. Astonishing.

I dont do this but every single time we go here they destroy simple coffee orders. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This store is notorious for making horrible drinks. Just ordered 2 very light hot peppermint mocha. They are black and can barely taste mocha and tastes like its been there all day. Idk how they do it consistently, but avoid this store. You will not be happy.
