You can see why Sebastian Kobelt has won awards. We often buy his patisserie, and have never been disappointed. His shop has signature chocolate selection boxes, chocolate covered tablet, truffles of all varieties (salted caramel or matcha and lime are amazing) - lots of things perfect for gifts.

Fine, delicate, delicious...superb quality in the beautiful city of Linlithgow. Easy to come by train from Edinburgh. Definitively worth the visit. The most difficult question is: which one is your favorite, at every single time you come.

It's a tough question; what is your favourite flavour? Could be Macallan, roast duck, a good steak pie or the first Mulled Wine of the year. All strong contenders.
But now there is a definitive answer - Sebastian's Salted Caramel Truffles. Probably the finest chocolates in the world.
And he's such a nice guy too.
