I was served by miss Holly who stopped what they were doing and served me immediately. Very friendly and polite and used my name throughout the interraction to personalise my experience. They were very patient whilst I fumbled with my discount card, payment card and loyalty points on my phone

Used the drive through, a consistent experience. Fairly small car park, can't park at busy times and can get choked up on the drive through.
New decor is sterile and uninspired, most of the tables were full of used cups and saucers,staff too lazy to clean up, coffee is expensive

OMG! The Baristas they have here are awesome. Living not too far away from this store, enables me to visit regularly. The drive through often has a queue however they deal with this swiftly so you won’t be disappointed joining the back!
