Great coffee, catering to dairy and vegan really well ( vegan, cheese cake, and rocky road 10/10 )
The staff were all hard working very polite and helpful. I had a Mexican steak toastie to eat which was a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend people try it.
I wouldn't normally review a Costa, but this outlet is always really good. The coffee is Costa's normal standard stuff, OK if you're in a hurry, but this outlet has the best service I had at any Costa, just really helpful and friendly, a pleasure to go to.

Not one of the best looks like its run by schoolgirls! Sorry if that's offensive but needs more experienced, quicker staff. Parking poor, seating quantity poor.
Even when the place is busy the team always greet with a smile. Clean tables & nice atmosphere.
This is my go to coffee store on a weekend. I live 17miles from this store but to me the drive is well worth it. Every weekend
The store is clean and tidy and the young ladies & gents that work there are always smiling and pleasant. And they do work hard and fast. And remember your drink.
The only downside is when they are busy the manager shouts a lot and is quite loud which is not what you want when you wanna catch up with a friend
Food and drink quality is what you expect and the price is ok. Some find Costa expensive but I mean you don’t go to harrods and expect to only spend a quid now do you.

Staff worked very well as a team and were very friendly. Great customer service.
Bless the young lad making the frappe, not sure if he was new or not had much practice. The speed of making said drink was not the quickest. But despite that everything was good. Friendly staff, hot drinks were made in no time.
Taken me a while to work out where I was, but wanted to track this one down as they were truly exceptional service. First staffer didn't know how much coffee my flask would take, supervisor got called and was extremely generous and friendly even if it confused me in my coffee deprived state. If thats a typical level of service then I can't recommend them enough.
