Busy, busy, even on a wet Tuesday morning. Crowded cafe with staff stretched to keep up with demand. Expensive cakes, £3.25 for a factory mince pie. Good Christmas lights display

Love the place, my friend and myself visit the Garden centre on a regular basis We go for breakfast, then take a long look around. There is so much to look at there. Also the best hot chocolate drink by far in the vicinity. 👍😀

First time at this garden centre. My son lives close by and took me to the garden centre. We had lunch. Hugely impressed with selection of plants, very well labelled, cottage garden plants. I found this very helpful in regards to annual or perennials being a novice gardener, clear signs help. Very impressed with the cafe . Lovely to be seated with table service and not queueing to get yr. order. The gentlemen that took our order was very efficient, and polite. Very impressed and most enjoyable . The food and choice of menu was excellent. I will definitely come again. Overall enjoyed my afternoon very much here with my son.

A lovely garden centre with an interesting clothing section and a very reasonable cafe. The food, as is so often the case with garden centres, can be a little canteen like but, nevertheless, is of an excellent quality indeed. I was rather disappointed, though, that the food shop, despite stocking Cook meals, was unable to accept my Cook gift vouchers but I think that this is an issue with Cook itself and not the garden centre.

Always enjoy our visit to derby garden centre and expecially at this time of year also brown and green is always a treat with their dedicated section for coeliacs which my wife suffers from . Really enjoyed our visit today. Thank you to all the staff. Ian and Margaret.

Great selection of items, staff present to assist if needed. We ate at the cafe/restaurant, had issue with the order, but staff extremely professional, understanding and helpful in rectifying once identified. Will definitely return.

We met relatives for lunch and what a lovely experience it was! I stopped coming a few years ago because my parents had a hot dinner as I waited for a jacket potato to be prepared. By the time I sat down they were half way through their lunch. However, the table service is a revelation as are the vegan options on the menu. Great system and great food! Derby Garden Centre is our new 'go to' place for lunch. Well done for addressing the previous poor system!

We came here on a Saturday it was extremely busy however the covid measures were still upheld with the odd spacing or two. Christmas decorations in this center are the best we've seen so far and we're definitely visiting this place again before Christmas. Would recommend for a day out and Christmas bits and bobs!

Nice garden centre selling a wide variety of things. You could keep yourself entertained here for hours. Plants are quite expensive compared to other local nurseries. Staff very friendly and helpful when we asked how to plant up our shaded raised bed.
