Beautiful restaurant facing the lake.
Service was second to none and the staff were all friendly and attentive.
The food was beautiful and the cappachino was amazing.
Atmosphere was chilled and relaxing with music in the background.

We often come here after a stroll round the lake. We are always well looked after by the staff and the food and coffee is really good. It’s definitely worth a visit next time you are by the lake.

The drink that I had (the black forest hot chocolate) was the most delightful thing to touch my mouth. The butter milk pancakes where great but became sickly with the hot chocolate

Thoroughly enjoyed the vegan breakfast this morning. Couple of items substituted for more toast just because I'm fussy... but this was a very delicious breakfast and the vegan sausages were especially nice.

Called in twice over the Bank Holiday weekend. Once for breakfast and can highly recommend the Breakfast Bagel. Second was lunch and a Billy Goat burger, so called because of the goats cheese, not the meat. It was yummy as were the salt and pepper chips.
The place was very busy on both occasions and I would recommend booking a table in advance.

Been a few times, excellent breakfast.Perfectly cooked eggs Benedict for me ! Staff great, good atmosphere. I just recommend some new knives as they were really blunt, we all found it really hard to cut through our toast! But no worries would always highly recommend 😀

We have visited this establishment many times since it opened, have always had a very pleasant Experience.
Today, we called for lunch, the staff greeted us very warmly as previous visits taking us to the table very quickly, the menus were presented well and drinks order taken ok, we ordered our lunch and took some cutlery, which was very dirty and unpolished, I should have asked the staff to change it, but took some from an empty table, with the staff watching, drinks order came, and the bottle of sparkling water was opened away from the table, so the water could have come from any other bottled water.
The table was very grubby, with dried on food particles ,and the the tables would benefit from a re varnish.
The food arrived, and in our opinion the wooden boards which the food is served on Needs changing, they were cracked and did not look very hygienic. I was always under the impression dogs should not be allowed in restaurants, unless as a guide dog, a table near us had a medium sized dog which entangled its self round one of our chairs, I do not think it is correct to allow dogs inside where food is being consumed.
Our Experience today has fallen short of our previous visits to this Lake side bistro.

Just had the afternoon tea picnic benches with prosecco what a gorgeous experience. The food was so fresh and home made it makes such a change! The staff could not do enough for you. Highly recommend! ���

Lovely, friendly and very busy place with amazing homemade cakes and freshly baked scones. Breakfast roll was fresh and served in a long ciabatta roll which went down a treat with the other half. Fabulous position overlooking stunning views and lake. Prices were reasonable and the service was good. We would definitely visit again if we were in the area.

We finally managed to get around to visiting today. Friendly staff and attentive even though they where busy. We both had the Breakfast wrap which was delicious. Staff was happy to make this for us even though it was past 1pm. Ive already decided to come back for the chilli burrito :D

Had a lovely lunch, chicken wrap and yummy salt and pepper chips. All the staff were very attentive. Big thank you to one of the staff who helped me and my friend on her crutches. Next time, I'll have a dessert.

First time here and it was lovely - very friendly staff and a menu with a difference which was fantastic. The breakfast I had was amazing - smashed avocado on sourdough with bacon, poached eggs, halloumi and mushrooms. Will definitely return when I'm next in the villae.

Called in for food on our way round the lake as we thought it looked nice from the outside and were not dissapointed. The menu had a good selection and we were all happy with our choices. In fact the 10 year old said his burger was 'amazing'. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. A lovely place to re-fuel.
