Mcdonald's

Thank you to the two customer care people (sorry, no name badges but it was elderly gentleman and a lady with reddish hair) who were very kind and understanding. The order was mixed up as I got a Macmuffin with bacon in it and I eat plant-based and the hash brown was a tad dry. My partner enjoyed his bacon one and an extra hamburger patty. The gentleman said we should have alerted him as he would have given us new ones but all in all, clean quiet restaurant, fastc service, all self-service machines worked and there is an outside area for "the naughty corner" ie people who vape or smoke or just want to sit outside on a bench. Highly recommended. Menu extensive and easy to deal with self-service touchscreens. Thanks everyone!

Food was hot. Tables clean. Dumb touch screens disgusting! I literally hate touching those things. Greasy finger marks all over them. Then it jammed the printer and i didnt see the order number on screen so had to find a very helpful staff member who did sort it. He did clean the screen also but this should have been done before someone used it The other machines were the same! Disgusting screen surfaces!!!

Typical McDonald's, delivery's take priority over restaurant customers , ice cream made upon order on screen and a melted mess bybthe time the 20+ orders infront have been processed, also order is claimed ready almost instantly but still have to wait 10+ minutes , obviously making this look like they are more efficient for internal auditing for customer processing !
