What a great place for American breakfast favorites, you can't beat the portions and the food is always great. I've been to this branch twice and the one in Manchester also and there is always a line so get ready.

The food here is lovely and some of the most flavoursome that I’ve eaten in a very long time! The venue itself is quite small, and intimate with some seating outside undercover too. I would strongly recommend booking a reservation here, especially for breakfast / brunch to avoid disappointment or a fair wait time. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. On the first occasion that we ate here, we were seated outside after a short wait in a queue as we hadn’t booked. The waiter took our order and there was a slight delay with the food being served, but we put this down to how busy it was and that it’s all freshly cooked to order. We had the Moose Eggs Benedict combo with a mixture of New Jersey, New York and New Mexico between us. The food was delicious and served hot. We enjoyed it so much that we made a reservation and went back the very next day to try something else on the vast menu choice. This time we went for the Cortes and Grande Bouche. The portion sizes are generous – but for a big eater like myself, this was not an issue. However for my friend, who’s not - she had to admit defeat. It would be great if maybe an alternative smaller portion size was also offered on the menu. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this location and venue to anyone. I would love there to be a branch near me, but I fear I would end up the size of a house as I would happily work my way through the menu!! :)

Nice staff, lots of menu variety. Not very big so don't go during peak times if you want to get a seat - when we went only the front outside section was open. Ordered pancakes with bacon, eggs and sausage. Sausage and bacon were chopped and fried into the pancake which meant the bacon wasn't crispy and the sausage overpowered its flavour. It would be great if the fact it's not separate was specified on the menu. Nice pancake batter, the others are probably better! Portion sizes are extremely large, it would be interesting to know if they would downsize them!

4 adults and a pram - ensured we had enough room. Food was delicious - had the vegan Veranzo (tofu/ aubergine etc) and friends had different pancakes. Great service, delicious food and we didn’t wait too long despite it being super busy

Late lunch at Moose Coffee, and a good macchiato. Lovely service. Very generous portions and reasonable prices for what you get. We had a Reuben bagel, which was delicious, it came with a little potato salad; and we also had a stack of pancakes with Nutella and maple syrup. Pancakes were vast and fluffy. Looking forward to the next visit!

The best vegan breakfast I've ever had. Even though I like to visit new places when I travel, I came here three times because I liked it so much. Their Verrazano is wonderful! Exactly what I want for a balanced with protein meal. Lula Puebla is also delicious (though a little spicy than I would have expected). Will be looking to visit again when in Liverpool 🫶🏻

Moose coffee is a fantastic option for breakfast food, and this small independent chain can be found dotted around the North West. They pride themselves on an American / Canadian hybrid of foods and have been doing an amazing job for more than a decade. The food at this particular Moose was great, albeit not quite as good as the old Crosby spot which was definitely their best. Coffee was also good with some latte art, though they could definitely go for something more complex to show off their barista skills. Service was unfortunately not great. The waitress who served us first appeared and said "today's special is what can I get you?", as if she was in a rush to get us back out the door already. She then proceeded to forget about us a couple of times and in the end we went to the counter to pay the bill. She was perfectly friendly but not very attentive. The decor as always is awesome, and you're in for a treat if you sit inside.

The inside of the building on dale street Liverpool was stunning. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The menu had lots of different options suitable for different diets and included really interesting foods and combinations. I had the coffee and the “smoked moose” which consisted of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had with smoked salmon and toast. I also ordered a side of smashed avocado 🥑 couldn’t fault the experience. I’ll be coming back here for my breakfast every time I visit Liverpool from now on!!

Food was absolutely delicious. Atmosphere was great, made better by the film crew who were nearby filming 'The Tower'. Staff really friendly, great service & those bacon & eggs👌😍

The food is value for money as though price rises didn't exist! I worked in a cafe and can tell they don't make enough profit considering the time it takes to make each thing in these complicated all day breakfasts. It's a steal for the quality! The place was bustling and its warm and inviting as people swarm on the weekend to meet their loved ones to catch up. I see why my friend chose the place for her birthday. I will definately come again. My hot chocolate didnt come with a saucer so it just exploded as I added the chocolate into the drink lol but it was lovely and the staff came rushing with napkins when i stood up to get some tissues from my bag because I didn't want to bother them as the restaurant was full up yet they still come running, which just shows the attentiveness off staff.
