Had a family birthday here for a party of 11 on a Saturday evening. The service was really good and staff were very attentive. All the food was served hot and was full of flavour. For 2 course with drinks it was approx £34 per head, which is very reasonable. The meat was succulent and very nice. Would recommend giving it a try.
An other excellent dinner for me! This restaurant does have my full recommendation. I have personally visited the place several times and had anytimes an excellent kitchen and a very personal and mindful service.
I had soup of the day (lentil soup), falafel that came with a bit of hummus and baclava with ice cream as dessert. I am not a vegetarian, but I enjoyed the dishes apart from the ice cream.I got so bloated 😩 that I thought I will explode. But the rest of the dishes were great. The baclava was nutty and sweet, very nice.

Portions are definitely on the larger side, but were tasty, well presented and authentic.

One of the best med restaurants we've been to. Had the mixed grill all good really well. The liver was good to start as well. Efes on tap which is a bonus
Going this restaurant on a day visit to New Brighton promenade in Wallasey. Delightful cosy placed with friendly staff. Food was fresh, tasty and presented well. Lucky local people having a nice place in their neighbourhood.
My boyfriend and I came here for our tea tonight, what can I say? This place is a little gem! Michael and Georgiana were amazing, very attentive without being intrusive, the atmosphere is very relaxing, it is spotlessly clean and the food was out of this world, delicious very fresh and extremely tasty. Michael even gave us each a Turkish eye pin... we reccomend Defne 1000%. This is now going to be our Turkish place to go to in the future!!!

Had a beautiful meal not been before would defo recommend the lady that served up was brilliant. Got a picture but sorry can't remember wat it was call but brought half home it was that big but fantastic.
If I could give a 10 🌟I would first time me and my partner come here staff are so friendly we was made to feel so welcome love the atmosphere the food is absolutely amazing fresh nice and hot big portions we will deffo be back thanks guys! X

Been a few times to this lovely family restaurant at Taggert Avenue in Childwall .A very warm welcome always , lovely food and helpful friendly staff .We’re working our way through the menu but my favourite is the seafood casserole! Great kebabs , sea bass and lamb shank .
