Had food here tonight for the first time after a few times of passing. The starter we had was prawns in garlic and some absolutely amazing bread. Other side had dough balls and honestly in a word wow.
Moving onto the mains, pizza was out of this world, arriabiata with chicken. And both were honestly the best meals we have had in years. Highly recommend this restaurant. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Cool chilled vibes in this restaurant. Can’t wait to go back. 10 out of 10.

Very solid pizza, really good service and really nice restaurant. The place really lived up to its name - the crust was one of the tastiest I've ever had. I got the rustica - toppings were generous and everything about it was tasty. Note that Crust"s dough is definitely on the side of a chewier pizza dough. I wouldn't get the buffalo mozzarella added again. Heaps of cheese already and perfect as it. Beer on tap was great too. Overall 5/5, will be back!!

I hope this message would notice you from your customer voice. The food always come with the big plate, I always really impressed. However, the tasted from linguine al presto was really salty. I was full easily because drank too much water afterwards and couldn't finished which left the food half of the dish. I still gave you 5 stars review but I hope you notice and care your customer for a being giving an honest feedback

Amazing gluten free pizza!
The gluten free base was fresh dough, not a frozen pre-made base, the base itself was soft and fluffy, crispy and so delicious. They were able to swap some toppings around as the Italian sausage and salami had wheat in, but a swap was no trouble. Service was quick and the staff were really friendly, overall it was a good vibe and so happy to have such a delicious gluten free pizza!

Genuinely the most delicious Italian meal I've had in a very long time. The pasta (spaghetti) was extremely fresh, the pesto rich and the sauce was decadent and creamy. My only regret was not ordering a desert when I saw another family with the most delicious looking pudding on the way out. An absolute bargain as well. I can't wait to go back.

Amazing black dough volcano pizza.
Don't be put off by the black bits that look burnt. They aren't! Tasted incredible.
I understand they won the best UK pizza championship, I can absolutely understand it

From starters to mains I loved everything. Only drawback was the service when they forgot to bring the main course.

One of the best experiences in liverpool for Italian cuisine. Had ravioli pasta, rustica pizza and some sides. Open till late. Busy but doesn't feel once you seated. We'll behaved staff. Loved the pasta (vegetarian one). They got one lager on tap.
Great Italian food, ambience & staff.
Recommended if in liverpool.

Wow. Just amazing.. !!! Tried the Pesto dough balls and Vegan Pizza. It was divine. The portion size was really good and flavours were bursting. Would definitely try here again.
They don't close very early at night as well which was a blessing.
Highly recommended.

Nice clean restaurant, somewhat tasty food and good service.
Never been to crust, but overall great experience. The pizzas tasted somewhat bland which was the only let down but still had some flavour.

Probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! I chose the charcoal base diavola and it was absolutely beautiful. It was my first time trying the charcoal but I’d definitely recommend it because the black looks cool and you can’t taste a difference between normal dough.
The cocktails were lovely too.

Crust opens late, which is perfect when roaming Liverpool for a post dance class snack. I had the burrata starter. Absolutely superb. Temperature, texture, accompaniments, presentation all delicious and spot on. Well done!

I ordered two different pizzas and garlic dough ball. All of them were delicious and service was good, so I want to recommend this restaurant to someone else who is looking for a restaurant. Thank you!

Looked busy so thought we'd give it a try.
Nice venue , busy had to wait around 10/15mins to be seated. Fast service. Good choice of drinks. Had the gluten free ham and mushroom pizza. I've never had a gf pizza like that before. The edges where crisp and flatter. The middle i could only describe as more crumpet based on the texture and taste. So depends how you like your pizzas!

The vegan pizza here is awesome, but the service is appalling! Tonight when my partner and I visited crust we ordered a veggie pizza with vegan cheese which we expected to be around 10£ but was 15...... due to the server charging us for a margharita pizza and adding each topping 1.50£ at a time... instead of subbing the veggies we wanted onto the 10£ pizza we originally wanted! Once we got our bill and saw this we talked to the “manager “ who was extremely hostile and constantly spoke over top of me, not letting me explain the situation. He eventually took 2£ off, which I honestly didn’t care about since he never actually understood what the issue was. 15£ for a veggie pizza when the two most expensive pizza’s on the menu had lobster and black truffle on them and were 14£...

I went to Crust Woolton Villiage with one of my fellow pizza loving friends and we agree it's the best pizza we have had in the UK. A few days later I took my partner there to try and he loves it too! The atmosphere is amazing, the service is excellent everyone is so so friendly and of course the pizza is delicious...will be back very soon!!!

Usually food is great and service ok, but tonight one of our friends had a table booked to organise a surprise dinner for her boyfriend but somehow they messed up the reservation and we had to wait an additional 40min to get our table and the surprise was us standing around like idiots first until we decided to go for a drink in the mean time. Also the waiters rather spoke Italian than english (fair enough to fellow Italians, but I can't speak any Italian so that made it a little harder to communicate). The pizza we ordered had a strange bit of plastic or something that I couldn't place what it was and after I told a server he just took it and walked away, not even an apology. We obviously had to pay the full price as well. Overall not a very nice experience.

First time here today and it won’t be the last. Found it by accident as we walked past, so glad we gave it a try, we wasn’t disappointed. The pizza was gorgeous best we’ve tasted for a long time. Very reasonably priced and the cheapest white wine on the menu was delicious. Well worth a visit, we will be going back.

Really friendly staff who made my 7 year old feel special for her birthday lunch. Enjoyed the pizza a lot too and staff provided a great response when we had an accidental juice spillage over one of our pizzas! Thank you

I hardly ever leave reviews but the staff were so lovely last night, I really just wanted to say thanks. I’d had a bad day and sometimes the little things can make a big difference. Thanks for a lovely time and lovely food.

Loved the service, loved the pizza, loved the price and choice. I’ve eat pizza’s in Italy so I know what I’m talking about.

1st visit..... probably the last, a very pleasant (but overpriced) Bruchette, was followed by arguably the blandest risotto I've ever had the mis-pleasure of trying to eat..... I'm a chef, I don't like complaining but it's a risotto.... how hard can it be.
