From Surrey visiting Liverpool for the weekend, have never been to a Byron restaurant, after a day of shopping this caught our eye. OMG best burger and fries we’ve had in a long long time, the onion rings were enormous ...thoroughly enjoyed it, waitress was polite, reasonably priced and was stuffed by the end. Def recommend 👌🍔🍟🥤
Had a fabulous late lunch here today with my mum, that was made even better by the care and attention of our waiter Ste. He even overheard us talking about it being my birthday, and brought us cake! Great food and excellent service. We’ll defiantly be back.

Ao almoço (ou lanche nem sei) comi um hambúrguer de grão e beterraba no Byron, que vinha acompanhado com batatas fritas maravilhosas!
Nas mesas costuma haver ketchup e maionese ou mostarda por isso é sempre possível ter molhos "normais" sem pedir, mesmo que não venham no menu. A água era grátis e levam à mesa mesmo sem pedirmos.
Quem me acompanhava pediu um hambúrguer clássico e um hambúrguer de queijo. Ficamos bastante satisfeitas! O dia estava muito muito frio por isso aquele quentinho do restaurante soube lindamente!
Os funcionários eram simpáticos e atenciosos, e até havia lá um português a trabalhar!
Great burgers, done with care and served with a smile, broad range with some interesting combinations, the Fitout is the new trendy unfinished construction that leads to the room being a bit noisy, but the food makes it worth the effort.
One of the very few places in the Liverpool city centre where the food was really good. Sweet potato fries were delicious. Milkshake too! I couldn't finish it!
Second visit to Byrons, the first one was for and awesome too big too finish milkshakes. Tonight we had yummy burgers, loaded fries and onion rings. Was not disappointed, like the milkshakes the portions are huge and very tasty . Thanks for dinner Byron
What A Burger, my third visit over the years and each time it's a delight. I tried this time around the chili burger "chili as in pepper not beef chili" and boy was it hot. Each time they have a limited run of burgers this time it was a chicken 🐔 burger 🍔 that seems like a winner.
I've visited Byron for a relaxing dinner and loved it. I've tried the T-Rex and the Byron burgers, both delicious. Also, there's a lot of beers to choose. Be creative! The waiters were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely meal!
One of my favourite places to go when visiting the UK. Simple burgers done well. Staff slightly over friendly. Got classic burger with sweet potato fries. Oreo cheesecake was also delicious. Will definatly be back
The start of the summer holidays is a great time for families everywhere, full of hope and optimism and almost as enjoyable as the end of the holidays when the kids go back to school! So against this backdrop of family fun I was invited out to lunch by my brother (The Count), his partner (Yorkshire) along with the old Mater (Tiny Tummy – not called this because of her resemblance to any diminutive rap artists but rather on account of her post-gastric op which has limited her food intake to something on a par with got stick insect) and my Pater (we shall call Festivities – a long story as to why this is his monika).
My classic burger was cooked perfectly for my liking with the centre being pink; it was a shame there was not a lot of sauce which made meant it was quite dry proved a bit of a struggle to finish. Mr Nom commented that whilst his Byron burger came with sauce it was nowhere near enough. The burgers were served with a large gherkin which was a nice touch and a throwback to the days when I would get excited by a hamburger from the Golden Arches as a kid. We understand that whilst not being in the style of Solita and Almost Famous with mounds of toppings and sauce which retain interest til the very last bite, the burgers at Byron were good but could be elevated further. The skin on chips reminded us of chippy chips in a pleasant way and was a nice change to the usual fries.

Visited for lunch with a friend, we both got the lunch deal of a simple burger and fries for £7.50. I got some extra bacon and switched my fries to tater tots. All of the food was delicious, uncomplicated, and fresh. Eaten here before and can say that some of the fancier burgers can be really special, but on this occasion I really appreciated eating at a nice location with quality food and service, and not being set back over £10 per person. Definitely worth a visit for any occasion.
I visited this location for dinner. I was greeted immediately and was seated without delay. The atmosphere for a Friday night was great, and it wasn't too busy when I arrived around 18:15.
I ordered the Salted Caramel shake, B-Rex burger, and the Macaroni Cheese.
Salted Caramel: Perfect combination of salty and sweet, really tied the meal together
B-Rex Burger: Perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. Would definitely recommend!
Macaroni cheese: A little bit bland, I would recommend choosing a different side.
I had Milena as a server and they were amazing. Very attentive and did a fantastic job.
I would definitely return!
Second visit and still the same! Love the C-Rex , B-Rex and the onion rings just take you to another level! Definitely go for the B- Rex than the the legend returner . Not a huge fan of wings but that could be personal choice as I am not a fan of salty and soury stuff:)
Cute atmosphere, good seatings, fast and humble service. Wish they did combo meals☺️!
Visited Byron Burger today and, was very pleasantly surprised good quick service, you could tell the staff wanted to be there.
Food was warm and tasty and arrived quickly, the amount of times I’ve visited places for a bite to eat and simply been forgotten about or ignored is phenomenal:

Nandos especially Nandos In Aldershot should take a leaf out of Byron’s book especially on service
Excellent burger, the cheese on top complemented well with the juicy smashed patty. Chips and wings are average standard, deep fried to the right status, served with sauce so nothing can really go wrong.
Service is excellent, quick to respond with a friendly attitude.
Me and my family enjoyed our meal at Byrons we both had lovely burgers. The waiters were very polite and the food wad delicious.
Really impressed with our meal. My intolerance was easily accommodated as the option to switch from buttermilk fried chicken to grilled chicken was available to everyone. Good service and delicious food. The sundae in the photo was the small !!

My wife and I had were fortunate enough to dine here during our trip to Liverpool. The food was excellent - lots of choices and fully accommodating for my vegan and the wife's vegetarian requirements. The vibe was great for a Friday evening. The standout point was the quality of service - staff were wonderfully friendly throughout, helpful and even threw in a free dessert! We couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait to visit again :)
