Lovely lady serving authentic Liverpool scouse, and pastries like wet Nelly , lemon pie etc for non- commercial prices in old brewery. Felt welcome if not very spoiled with all the wonderful sweet and savoury treats and specialty tea that were served. Will not be able to wear tight jeans for 3 wee
The most amazing hidden gem. I can't wait to go back for Scouse afternoon tea.
Great place to start your day right with a good breakfast.
Hannah and her staff are absolutely lovely and they will provide you with delicious food and drinks. The scouse, especially the blind scouse, is fantastic. They also do a very good vegetarian breakfast which has kept me going all day after it! Very relaxed atmosphere and little hidden gem in the Bal
Absolutely superb place for business meetings. The relaxed canteen atmosphere, complimented by comfortable 'living room' interior designer, capable and friendly staff, great food and speciality teas and coffee. It's wonderful. A Baltic Triangle hidden gem. Very affordable too.
Delicious breakfasts and lunches in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Two minutes walk from Cains Brewery Village it's well worth a visit. Reasonable prices, good food and service. Liverpool scouse (stew) a speciality but plenty more on the menu as well.

We recently discovered Fodder and what a discovery! It is a canteen style cafe with lots of character furnishings and some local craft work for sale in a very welcoming and relaxed style. The food is absolutely delicious and we particularly enjoyed scouse with mutton meat but they also do a chicken
Went here for a Scouse themed afternoon tea with my partner, mum and dad and had a lovely time, food was superb and the service was excellent, really friendly and informal. Would recommend.
