The food was definitely worth every penny .. can’t wait to go again.. and the service was brilliant., very fast . Happy to recommend Wagamama to all my friends and family especially as it has a vegan menu to
My first visit and I was very impressed. Friendly and helpful staff, the food was great and their Prosecco is really nice! I'd recommend and I'll be back
It was the best asian food that i’ve ever tasted in Uk. They served so many kinds of asian foods which is flavorful. I’ve ordered they vege yaki soba, Yaki udon and vege dumplings. It was all tasty and served warm. They have a great service even they restaurant always full of amount of people. The price is also worth it, it’s not to expensive because they served food with a big portion. Enjoy!!
Big portions !! And tasty. Worth every penny !!many vegan and vegetarian options aswell as meat options. Decor was lovely and very social and welcoming atmosphere :)

Saturday game night this was super full but still managed to get seats for 3 people in maybe 20min tops.
Two of the plates came quite quickly and the last one took longer, after asking them to check on it they brought a plate the wrong plate... Then brought the right one.
The couple by us, one of the plates took way longer than the other one and then didn't even bring the prawn and chicken as it was supposed to.
I do get it that it was craze full, but should pay more attention so to not give a bad service.
In Liverpool ONE this is ideally central, just minutes away from train stations, and the big Liverpool ONE car park, next to the docks and museums.
The staff were very good and as we asked to be moved to an outdoor seat that had become available, there was no fuss and it was no problem, he even came and cleaned the table for us before we sat down.
The food was served very quick, from the open kitchen (always a big bonus), it was tasty and well-presented but even though I ordered a spicy chilly chicken, it was severely lacking in the spice department, but a quick chat with the staff, and that was fixed – superb service (I forgot the lads name but he said he was from Manchester, now living in Liverpool, the management need to recognise that this lad is great at his job ;)
The fruit drinks were very nice and totally natural, so no crap in them like a lot of other places.
My favourite dish (amai udon) was AMAZING however sadly it has been discontinued since! Great place, a bit too expensive for what it is though!
Food 9/10. The Wagamama brand serves excellent fresh food. Best noodles and rice I have eaten in any restaurant. All starter items are gorgeous but Duck Gyoza especially so. Salamander recommendation for mains are teriyaki soba or katsu curry as both are sublime.
Service 9/10. Friendly staff and efficient service make this a great experience. Liverpool Wagamama service has set a high bar that the Chester and Manchester branches are not yet meeting.
Location 10/10. Great central location.
Cleanliness 10/10. Spotless
Value for money 9/10. Cheaper than a lot of similar restaurants and although slightly more expensive than the average the food quality is more than worth it.
Food is amazing but £3.50 for bottle of tiger beer, I would probably pick Tokyou over Wagamama.
Good food and service, but the staff should speak up a bit as they aren't always easy to understand
Absolutely amazing. The food was to die for, incredible flavours and lovely presentation. Highly recommend the bang bang cauliflower, katsu chicken curry and the katsu banana (trust me it’s amazing!) the cocktails were delicious too. Service was fantastic, really friendly and helpful staff.
Definitely recommend
I have never thought about visiting Wagamama until my partner who likes vegan and vegetarian dishes went on a date there. It was pleasant, the service was at our expectations. We were not being harassed at all the time by waiter and waitress trying to make sure everything is okay. I know from experience that some companies kinda treat their staff like if they have no life else than to please customers. I understand also that they have to be helpful but when you come from a background that already experienced this type of situation you know exactly how to behave and make other people life easier too.
I will highly recommend to visit this place if you are out in Liverpool One.
Wagamama has always been a good experience, been there couple of times quick service & good food. 🍜 Mostly crowded so you can expect wait times specially during weekends.
For all the students do join ‘Noodle Union’ to get offers! The quantity is more than sufficient for the price! Menu is fairly priced. If you’d like some really spicy recommendation, I’d suggest the Chicken Fire Cracker Rice, almost made me cry! 🌶️😭
Wheelchair Accessible with availability of lifts in L1.
I went for a anniversary celebration. Everything is average experience including food. Even though Banana crisp with caramel ice-cream was mind-blowing
Both deserts were really good but the ramen and the other main dish were not so great. For me it was way too less meat than expected. The atmosphere and the service was great tho 🙂
Title: A Delightful Family Experience at Wagamama
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our recent visit to Wagamama left us thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the exceptional dining experience we had as a family. From the moment we stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff set the stage for a memorable evening.
My wife, daughter, and I were greeted with warm smiles and prompt service, instantly making us feel welcome. The attention to detail in catering to families was evident throughout our meal. Our daughter was provided with a kid-friendly activity pack that kept her engaged while we perused the menu.
Speaking of the menu, the variety and quality of dishes at Wagamama truly stood out. With options ranging from classic Japanese favorites to modern twists, there was something for every palate. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied.
Our daughter's excitement was palpable when her meal arrived – the mini ramen bowl was not only adorable but also delicious. It's heartwarming to see a restaurant that values its youngest patrons and goes the extra mile to create dishes tailored to their tastes.
What truly impressed us was the attentiveness of the staff to dietary restrictions. My wife has specific dietary preferences, and the staff at Wagamama were more than accommodating, ensuring her meal was prepared exactly as requested. This level of care and flexibility is truly commendable.
As we enjoyed our meal, we couldn't help but appreciate the open and airy layout of the restaurant. It allowed us to enjoy our conversations while also keeping an eye on our daughter, who was happily exploring her mini-adventure around restaurant.
Our evening at Wagamama was nothing short of fantastic, and we left with smiles on our faces and content hearts. The combination of delectable food, family-friendly amenities, and exceptional service makes Wagamama a top choice for families looking for a memorable dining experience. We're already looking forward to our next visit and exploring more of the menu delights!

Loved the ambiance of the restaurant. We ordered Chicken Firecrackers rice (?), chicken + shrimp Yakisoba and yakitori. Rice and Yakitori were incredibly delicious, yakisoba however, had serious lack of flavor. A bit more than a pinch of salt could've dramatically enhanced them but alas. I'm sure European folks would find it delicious but my Indian tongue was disappointed. Chicken Firecracker rice was a beautiful blend of flavors and spiciness (if you can handle spices, I recommend asking to make it as hot as possible)
Good, interesting food with friendly efficient service. Menu is clear to understand and I look forward to trying other dishes in the future. Reasonable prices too. They seem very good for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
We was served by Edita and she was absolutely lovely. Very polite and pleasant. She was not pushy in making us feel like we needed to order more and was sharing her favourite dishes and just lovely all round. Absolute pleasure to be around and made the experience great: what a lovely human being. Thank you x
Great healthy noodle dishes and bowls. Reasonably priced. Fast service. Nice drinks.
