Having popped in for drinks a few times, we finally decided to check out the food on offer. Saturday was the perfect time for us to go, and we were not disappointed. Service was excellent, all the staff are very friendly and attentive, and seating us was quick and easy. The menu has options for everyone, from quick snacks to a full on blow out. Everything was very well cooked and full of flavour. I would highly recommend you get the chili cheese fries, they are amongst the best I have ever tasted! We will be returning as soon as possible ��
A hidden gem. If you don't like lively staff, great music and delicious food then it's probably not for you...but if you are looking for a brilliant atmosphere, throwback tunes and a fix for that chicken and gravy craving then get down to pattersons. I can guarantee you will be telling everyone about it.
Really impressed with the quality of the chicken in this place. Tender and fresh tasting and of course a great coating. Really recommend the chilli beef tacos where the shell itself is actually chicken breast. Great island feel inside. We'll be back
I won the Monday madness a few weeks ago and redeemed it tonight. It was absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend the chicken, so tasty. The katsu sauce is so good as well. The staff were brilliant too and the place itself is quite chilled out and good music playing too. Can't wait to go again!

As he's not 9 for another 21 months (his 8th birthday is already sorted), I think it's safe to say that Patterson's impressed him very much.
We visited as a family today (2 adults & 2 kids) the place is really relaxed and chilled with the service being spot on!
I ordered the 500g chicken thinking it would have had bones in but it didn’t, so I ended up with a load of chicken which wasn’t a bad thing at all. The batter was really nice and had a great crunch to it.
The kids meals were good value for money, my daughter dropped her drink and they replaced it without charge which was a really nice touch.
Next time I’m visiting Liverpool I’ll be sure to go back!

Love this place, always take me mates when they visit liverpool. Sick tunes, sick chicken, sick cocktails, sick staff and a chilled friendly atmosphere like no other place about. Definitely 110% recommend to any chicken lover or just to anyone who likes great service and great food. Their Bacon frazzle fries make dreams come true.
We booked this place when we were coming down from Scotland for some hangoverfood. We ended up spending the afternoon there on the terrace and made our way through the menu for food and drinks. Staff were great craic too!
Me and my friends went to Pattersons for my birthday and the food was amazing, the drinks were great and the staff were lovely enough to go to tesco as my friends had forgot candles to put on my free birthday desert! Loved it!

Came here yesterday with my Girlfriend, we both had one of the best meals we have had in a long time, Fried Chicken was tasty and great sides that come with it. Chilli Cheese fries were really good too, We will Definitely be back again soon!

My visit was marked by the exceptional chicken burger and fries. The burger was exquisitely crafted, featuring tender, tasty chicken with a crispy exterior, nestled within a buttery bun and a perfectly formed onion ring. The fries were perfectly crisp, enhancing the meal with just the right touch of seasoning. The inviting atmosphere and outstanding service amplified the dining experience, making it not only a meal but a delightful culinary event. Attacked that chicken burger and fries with the enthusiasm of a starved badger—absolutely demolished and deliciously satisfied!
Food takes a bit of time to arrive but absolutely worth the wait. Tasty food. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. Loaded fries are amazing. K pop chicken also very tasty.

This place has appealed to me for a while due to the fun, hearty pop culture aesthetic of it. Needless to say I was very impressed with the amazing food, chill atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff.
The issues we found however were food took a while to arrive to our table, a couple items were initially not written down in our order and we were slightly charged wrong. Don’t let these issues affect your view of this great place though, since we found all of them were quickly corrected by staff who were very apologetic.
Now the main thing which we loved, the food. Everything was cooked incredibly hot, juicy, tender, along with tasting deliciously seasoned. When u ask for your chicken spicy here they will listen to you. The spicy fried chicken as mentioned and non spicy chicken are greatly filling, they will give any chicken place a run for their money. in our case this time the food easily beat any other fast food of a similar genre.
Alongside this the variety in sides and sauces is very tasty and perfectly crisped and seasoned. I find it great how a place like this known for American oriented food. Will have something like salt and pepper fries, which taste better than many other establishments version of it.
It’s important to mention for those conscious about the spending, all the portions are very large, fairly priced and filling. You’re going to get your moneys worth whether it’s through food, (or the soothing strawberry smoothie I got).
Next time you want American fast food, or just a relaxing place to chill with friends this is the place to try.
Food was ok, nothing exceptional. The service was also ok. The place was pretty empty when we went there and the service was still a bit slow.
I think it’s something you can try, but I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s a must.
Me and my boyfriend came here for Valentine’s Day . And wow let me tell you, I’m so glad we did . We had the pattersons platter which consisted of the choice of the burgers or chicken burgers. Choice of flavoured wings and topped chips! It was amazing . If the picture doesn’t do it justice .. thank you pattersons for amazing food and your service !!
Food was great, we really enjoyed it. Especially after having a negative experience at a similar establishment the night before.
The buffalo wings were absolutely to die for!
Bit cheeky that you can't get fries as a side with your burger or wings but that's how they get you.
Everything was lovely though and I enjoy the range of soft drinks they offer.
Staff were lovely and friendly and the guy who gave me a takeout box for my wings even gave me information on the best way to reheat them. I did the exact way the next day and they were great!
Great to see staff with actual knowledge and caring about the job and customers.
Can't wait to come back and get my fill again x

I really loved this place, service was spot on, the waitress we had is really polite and helpful. She asked us is everything okay, we responded yes thank you with a smile. She was the best waitress I have had in my whole life. She will be the reason why I really want to come back to that marvellous Pattersons restaurant & pub. 5 stars all round. Food, was out of the world, better than KFC chicken, better than McDonald’s chicken. I love everything about the place. I’m gonna come back next year on my own.
Food was meag!! Very nice, the new lad that served us had a laugh with us and was very friendly.
1 thing I'll point out to customers is that if you're ordering the mac and cheese (very nice) it's a starter but it's massive and we left half of it (2 of us shared too). 250g chicken is more than enough for one person.. don't think I could have hacked 500g haha!

Great food. Great sauce selection, albeit £1 each. 2kg of chicken and 2 large fries is defo too much for 4 people haha. The gravy was really nice and thick 😋 recommend for a sober or drunk feast
Really nice informal place with great food, friendly service and good tunes. Fabulous fried chicken, burgers, loaded fries and more. We always end up ordering too much and bringing the remaining snacks home with us. Would definitely recommend for some down and dirty fried food. Love the outdoor terrace too (with heaters if it gets a bit nippy). Will most definitely will be back!
Burgers and fries are amazing. Will definitely be back anytime we’re in Liverpool! The Chinese bbq sauce is incredible too, highly recommend it with the salt and pepper fries.
You want crunchy chicken, you go here! So tasty. Cocktails are not bad. Staff are friendly but been here a few times and always have to ask for more drinks. Could pay more attention when customers drinks are finished and ask if more are wanted. I had the salt and pepa burger, my partner has Korean BBQ burger, loaded fries, onion rings, hash browns.
