Visited GBK Liverpool for some lunch while in town. Greeted when we arrived and while deciding on what we wanted to order we asked the staff about the Chicken Satay. They checked with the chef Seb who kindly agreed to sorting us with a couple of Chicken Satay Burgers. Excellent customer service, Seb and the team were really helpful and very friendly. Needless to say the burgers were top drawer as always in GBK! Thanks guys, appreciate how you looked after us today!

I think the standards at GBK have slipped up over the years. The Vegan Bean burger was far from anything special - quite dry in fact. I felt the chunky chips were a bit unseasoned. Thankfully, they have a vegan milkshake (a vegan chocolate would be preferable).

We came here with a wowcher and were satisfied with the quality of the food. The manager was very helpful and I’m not sure the running of the place would have been sufficient without him. My only complaint would be that it wasn’t very clean inside.

I have to say one of the best burgers of Liverpool. Definitely come here to try it. Only negative thing I can say, the fries are not included with the burger and the portion of fries you get is small compared to how much you pay it. Other than that the burger is a delicious. We had also chicken fillet that was £5.50 including a sauce and the portion was small (they state It is for sharing)

The Burger was very nice as well as the sweet potato chips. the chicken was ok but didn't taste of much even with a dipping sauce (cajun relish - tiny bit sweet). The staff were nice and the restaurant was very quiet so the service was quick. We paid around £20 for everything.

Ordered the mighty burger and it was absolutely delicious. Hands down the best meal I have had in a long time. Friendly, amazing service and even better food. Definitely recommend!

I’ve always had a positive experience in this restaurant. The app system is great, you can easily order and pay from your table on your mobile device. I would recommend the Sweet Potato Fries that are definitely one of the best I’ve had!

Enjoyed the burger . We ordered chicken and beef burgers both were yummy and well cooked . The ambience of the place is lively and you can expect this place to be crowded . Try the sweet potato fries .. it tastes very good .

Love the burger in here,juicy & fresh. Love the powder that u can sprinkle on top of ur chips. The place is also very cozy. The waiters are just lovely!! YouTubers' fav place (youtube was the media i knew about this place)

The service was rubbish to say the least. the young girl on the till was as missrable as sin, no please, thank you or even a small smile from her. the waitress was run off her feet and the dinner was just horrible. the only think i like was the milkshake and it was served in the metal container they make it in so that put me off. wouldnt go again
