Family day out in Liverpool.. Nice way to have lunch and celebrate son's 16 birthday.
Couldn't believe how fast it came, amazing.. Food was delicious too..we all love the spicy rice.. 🍚 Its a shame there was no mash, disappointed..burger buns was extremely hard other than that Nandos experience and food was super.. One of the best Nandos.. 👍
Nando's at Liverpool One is like a queen in her royal palace, surrounded by her subjects.
FIVE GUYS, SLIM CHICKEN, BARBURRITOS, etc. are the hapless subjects (eateries) surrounding this Queen. They can't successfully compete against her environment.
Nando's is a marvellous franchise. What many don't know is that her customers are also unconscious franchises too. They're Happy, Chatty, Excited, and Homely customers. You can see THE SAME franchised joy and contentment on their faces, in every branch.
Filled to the brim when we arrived. Had a queue sitting and waiting for our table to be vacant before we could be seated. It's a very satisfactory and comforting dinner.
Always a delight! Never disappoints! Tried the halloumi for the first time here and its a personal favourite now . Spice levels are great, service is good. Always a table available within 5-10 minutes. And the vusa sauce is back🔥.
On arrival we were added to a que but was shown to our table pretty shortly after.
We had issues with ordering via scanning the QR code as the Internet connection was very poor on both mine and my partners phone in there, so it took a few attempts to put the order in which took a while.
Food came and was nice, the peri chips had hardly any peri salt on them but was easily rectified when a member of staff gave me a sachet of extra peri salt.
The starter came before the drinks and as the drinks took a while to come out thought they had been forgotten but did eventually come.
Tasty as usual. Halal options available. Refill soft drinks as you like. The service was very fast. Very convenient for Solo or big families as they have huge seating area in the middle of the busy Odeon and Liverpool city center.

I am impressed with the size of the restaurant and it was crowded. We have to wait 10 mins for table of 6. You ordered food Vis website the link from QR code. It came fast and staff are friendly. We will be back and highly recommended.
We got a whole chicken platter and it was really big portion for 2 people but only 26 pounds! If you love chicken, highly recommended
Went at 2.30 because of Labour conference everywhere was packed. Food is excellent but background music a little invasive. Service could have been better our order got a little mixed up but corrected in the end okay
I have never tried anything with Portuguese flair, so this was a first for me. The sauces were delicious, the service fast, and the staff were super helpful. I know this is a chain, but the quality seems high, especially at this location.
