Well what can I say... I’ve wanted to go to the Titantic Hotel for a long time and last night I finally got the opportunity to visit. I was a little worried that I had built it up too much and that when I got there it wouldn’t live up to my expectations.... but I couldn’t have been more wrong. We drove into the cobbled car park and I immediately became very excited at seeing the sign. We collected our bags (I think I packed for 3 weeks) and took them into the reception where we were greeted with lovely hospitality and smiles. It was a quick check in and up to the room we went. The corridors to the room were incredible.... I mean who says corridors are incredible... but they were! The ambiance started straight away. Dark with lovely lighting. We were right at the end of the corridor, and I was very excited. In we went.... and the room was beautiful. It wasn’t even the most expensive room they have, but it was stunning. And we could here the titanic song in the background. I felt like a kid at Christmas. Stunning! Quick shower, change and then to explore. We found the spa then the bar. We walked outside along the docks and then sat for a cocktail. Delicious! Beautiful atmosphere. We were told to book dinner and as we arrived later than expected they only had 8:45 left- when we were downstairs we noticed that it wasn’t as busy so we checked and they managed to get two grumbly tummies in earlier- very accommodating. So off we popped for tea. Now, one of us is gluten free and one is vegan- as you can imagine this makes for, sometimes, a displeasurable experience if neither of us can be catered for- but we needn’t have worried. Both of us had lots to choose from, I was spoilt for choice. This made a HUGE difference to our stay to wouldn’t believe. Breakfast was the same! Incredible food. I was brought toasted gluten free bread and sausages. Vegans were catered for too, and my vegan is fussy- but he was delighted! It was well earned after a very comfortable night sleep in a dreamy, soft bed!! Free breakfast we went to the spa- I must admit paying an extra £20 each to use the pool and spa feels a little expensive- it’s beautiful don’t get me wrong and I’m very pleased we did it, just seems a little much when there’s no treatments or anything. Having said this, the whole atmosphere was very luxurious, very clean changing rooms and showers and the pool looks just like the pictures. Check-out came too quickly.
After all these ramblings of mine, id just like to say a huge thank you to this hotel. It lived up to, and indeed surpassed everything I had hoped it would be. It’s a beautiful place, with very smiley and helpful staff. And silly as it sounds, for us BOTH to have been accommodated for with gf and vegan food (a healthy vegan at that) really made the experience. And that’s what you get when you stay at this hotel, an experience. So thank you. I hope to visit again very soon.
Thrilled we booked to stay in this amazing hotel! The reception and concierge staff were exceptional (Lisa "high 5" to you especially) & the overall service was 5 out of 5! If you are wanting stunning surroundings,a lovely atmosphere and gorgeous food, then this is the place to stay! I would highly recommend this for customers of all ages such a lovely stay & so much so,we are already looking to book another for November - thank you for being so welcoming and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and staff went out of their way, to make our break as relaxing as possible x
Absolutely lovely hotel, staff outstanding really attentive but never over bearing, noticed when glasses empty and asked if we would like refills which was great when catching up with a friend I hadn’t seen for years, lovely place great riverside views of stunning wharehouse architecture, really comfortable and relaxing, definitely worth a visit
Fabulous hotel! The superior room we stayed in was amazing - largest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Food in restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was very good. Looking forward to returning.
Booked a dinner bed and breakfast package in a superior room for my birthday. We got upgraded to the Presidential suite when they found out it was my birthday. Absolutely fantastic place. Our suite was just out of this world. Every member of staff could not have been nicer. Special mention to Damian, Lisa and Jessica. The bar was fab and the dinner was fab. In fact fab, fab, fab! Need I say more. Can’t wait for our next visit.
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and as hotel food goes, it's not bad at all. Yes it's on the expensive side, but we were converting from rands. Service is great, really homely and welcoming - a true indication of a top hotel. I like the fact that they make homemade dough for the pizza, not just order bases. You can really taste the difference. The deserts are delicious as well, worth the price in calories.
In the evening we were going out to the Hanover Street Social so we had pre-meal cocktails in the bar. These were very good with the specialties (not surprisingly) being rum based I had the Zombie and Red chose the Mai Tai. They were also considerably better than those which followed at the Carpathian Bar in 30 James Street. Next morning breakfast was also to a very high standard with very good service, a wide selection of healthy options including deliciously fresh fruit, nuts and berries alongside the more traditional full English elements. In addition, the chefs at the open pass will knock
Overall the best hotel we've stayed in within the UK. We stayed here May 5th 2024. Have to say our first and lasting impression was how very friendly the staff were. They couldn't do enough for us. In particular two of the Concierges', Dodi & Johnathan, both were highly efficient, courteous and made the difference to our stay. They clearly enjoy their job. The room, and hotel were immaculately clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The entire hotels decor was modern and impressive. We had room service, the food was tasty and the portion sizes were generous. For breakfast there is a huge variety of food, from yoghurt with compote, cereals, pastries, full cooked, fruit and cold meats, there was even a chef to cook you an individual omelette. We've stayed in many different hotels, and I must say we just couldn't find single negative about the Titanic Hotel, we will 100% be staying here again. Thank you and we look forward to our next visit.
It's hard to put into words how good the Titanic Hotel Liverpool is. The hotel is so individual, marrying old working dockside warehouses, exposed brick and original steel features together with contemporary furnishings.
Our room on the 3rd floor, (be prepared for the dark ominous vast hallway), was stunning, so big with a huge bathroom, large bath and walk in shower, lovely interior design and ultra comfy bed. There was a level up two steps, with a bar, sofa, desk and an original window overlooking the dock side. It was luxurious.
We had dinner in the restaurant, all the staff were superb, they knew exactly what they were doing, efficient and very friendly. The food was superb, everything was tasty and well presented.
After dinner we had very good cocktails in the relaxing bar area which was calm and quiet.
After an excellent night's sleep we went to the restaurant for breakfast. There was a good choice of the usual breakfast fayre.
This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in for individuality, atmosphere, style and friendly service.
Me and my wife stayed here recently and had a great time. Our highlight was our 3 course meal, the staff were excellent and the food delicious. The room we stayed in was okay, I didn’t like the adjoining door and could hear people fairly loudly next door. I would have also preferred a room on the south facing side of the hotel with a view of the city, rather than a building site… We know for next time now and will definitely return.
Never been to Liverpool before. Really enjoyed this hotel we got a free upgrade and it was my birthday and there was a card on the table which was a nice gesture. Corridors are huge very dim lightening but I liked how different it was. Room was huge and was great. We had the package deal where you get a 3 course meal and breakfast and it was such a good deal. 3 course meal was great my only criticism was the pasta dish some of the pasta was slightly undercooked but never less the service and the rest of the food was great and breakfast was a lovely buffet. Did at a 10% service charge onto drinks which I think should possibly be on the menu. Was about a half hour walk into the town but Uber was cheap enough. I would defiantly stop here again:)
I have to say, this is the best UK hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are huge, grand and exquisite. The decor is absolutely stunning and the attention to detail has not gone missed!
The food is wonderful. Location is a little struggle but you can see the development and investment Liverpool City Council are putting in.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
A fantastic hotel located in a quiet location a little out of the centre of Liverpool but just a short taxi ride to the city centre, cavern club, shops and Albert Dock etc.
The hotel has a large car park with EV charging which was perfect for us.
We stayed in a dockside superior room which was huge, very comfortable bed and the room had everything we needed. Great breakfast choices. We opted for a package with a three course meal and the food was really good. The staff at reception, in the restaurant and concierge were all really friendly and helpful. I would fully recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.
We just stayed here and absolutely LOVED it! What a gorgeous hotel! The spa was quite nice (although the hot tub should be hotter but did not ruin our visit) the staff were exceptional. We celebrated an anniversary and received free drinks etc. What an amazing time 10/10 would recommend.
This place is fantastic. Great staff. Lovely atmosphere. We drop in regularly for a coffee and a bite to eat. Can't fault the place. No overly expensive. £3.50 for a latte. I've never stayed there as we're local, so I can't comment on the rooms.
Beautiful hotel and facilities. Hotel staff were fantastic and happily helped without hesitation. The room which we had upgraded by a member of staff for free was clean warm and inviting. The spa was gorgeous I had the hot stone massage which was brilliant and my partner had the inner calm which she felt heavenly afterwards. The room service was a good quality although rather pricey. Would highly recommend a stay here and advise to make the most of what is on offer.
Really nice hotel. Beautifully renovated, particularly if you like the retro industrial chic look! The superior room was enormous (even titanic, you might say), the staff ever so helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast too.
I guess the only slight downside is that it's a bit out of the centre so you might be taxi-ing a fair bit. But on balance, yeah, I'll put up with the taxis!
Absolutely stunning hotel. The spa was so relaxing and peaceful. Our room had everything you needed, and the bed was so comfy.
Our meal was sublime and cocktails, so tasty!!
The staff are super friendly.
Would definitely recommend.
Lovely hotel. Clean rooms. Good food and bar on offer. The only slight negative is the parking charge (even though you're a hotel guest) but otherwise a great stay.
Rooms are large and very clean, and the staff are attentive. However, be aware that a 10% service charge is added to every purchase at the bar and restaurant. This is not disclosed to you and I only realised it after checking the bills a day later. The hotel should make you aware of this so you have the option to decline.
Fabulous hotel. Awe inspiring. I was blown away by the cavernous size of it. The rooms are large due to the nature of what the warehouse used to be. The bar and food is fab, the decor is fab and the staff are very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. A few minutes drive from the city centre but only a matter of time before everything will be based around the area of Stanley Dock.
Stayed here on a Monday Night for husbands birthday.
Room was fabulous and meal in the restaurant was lovely however they need to get rid of the frozen chips with the £32 steak … I had the short ribs 😋 apart from that faultless.
We tipped in the restaurant and although the server was fab she forgot to point out the service charges added to each bill food or drink.
Could have been our fault for not checking tbh.
Spa steep £20 each but well worth it once you’re in there as It was was very relaxing and not overcrowded.
Breakfast was fabulous hot Buffet, sausages were gorgeous and freshly made omelettes were a bonus.
Lots of fresh fruit , pancakes, smoothies etc.
From bar, reception ,spa & restaurant I literally thought the staff were fabulous and made the experience one we won’t forget and the management should be very proud.
Thank you Titanic can’t wait to return. 🥰
