First time we have tried this coffee bar and it won’t be the last the staff were excellent the decor, cleanliness excellent and the coffee and cake lovely.

Another visit same breakfast excellent as ever.Visited for the second time ,same friendly welcome and tasty food (porridge again)Had breakfast here , porridge was amazing full of fruit and nuts nice and creamy ,latte was excellent as well , service was great also ,their are a few step into the building
Amazing food. I had the smoked salmon and cheese bagel and my wife had the Cumberland sausage roll. Best I'd ever tasted, the bagel was slightly toasted. We had decaf cappuccinos which won't be beaten in Liverpool for taste and size.
This is a really nice coffee shop in a quiet square, with beautiful architecture. We came upon it by mistake, as we saw some signposting from the main street and decided to investigate. We were there on a Saturday morning and there was a nice market in the square, with some lovely products and food offerings (sausage rolls!!).
Although there was shaded seating outside Esquires, it doesn't look very inviting but inside is totally different. If it hadn't been such a sunny day I would have gladly sat inside for a relaxing coffee. However I forced myself to sit outside, let's face it we need to make the best of the good weather when we get it!!
I guess it's somewhere that once you know it you'd go back over and over again but I think there is a question for the owners about how to make it more appealing from the outside, to tempt customers inside for that first experience? Because it really would be a shame for people to miss out on such a lovely coffee shop.

Awesome jewel of a place, and located in a little visited plaza in the center of Liverpool. Wifi needs improvement, and probably throttling. Some more vegan options would also be nice. 🙌🙌🔥
Beautiful little coffee shop with power sockets and usb power on all tables, lovely and clean and the staff were polite and very helpful ordered two caramel Macchiato which were absolutely amazing and stunning to look at almost seemed a shame to drink them defo worth a vist
Great coffee, good vibe and friendly staff. This is a good place to work from as a student or working professional, the WiFi is fast and there is a good selection of coffees and food available.
