Rushed off their feet last night , but still managed from 3 when we arrived to be jolly , happy , smiling at kicking out time !! Felt so sorry on the chef and bar staff in the dark clothes swealtering heat collecting buckets of empties so happy still priceless,wish I could of give them all a drink ! Nice family friendly atmosphere in the garden in the sun 😀
Fantastic pub, great staff, great service and outstanding food! We go in all the time for food, it's a reali friendly environment and would recommend to anybody :)
We had a lovely time at the Black Horse.
Food was great, came out quite quickly and all meals were really tasty. we had a build your own burger and children meals, really great for value.
Staff were great. they were friendly and helpful and accommodating to the kids.
we regularly go for food and a couple of cocktails when out on a night out and we will defienlty be back for dinner.
We visited the Black Horse while staying in Liverpool visiting family. Loved it! Staff helpful and friendly. Locals very warm and welcoming. Great food and beer. Can't wait to visit again.

Lovely food in big portions. Told there was gonna be a long delay for food yet it still came really quick. Really really enjoyed our time there!
Good prices on food and drinks. The place is a little rough. Not ideal for families but, great place for friends to enjoy a pint and watch the match
Just a must visit if you are staying in Liverpool. Bailey and our boy Posh Mike are just absolute legends and provided the most incredible service through multiple visits during our stay. Unrivalled hospitality and truly the best staff. Hot food, cold pints, and a great atmosphere. Don’t miss it.

Cannot recommend enough. Met up with family we all enjoyed our meals. Service was quick and staff really nice, especially the young man behind the bar bar who had to help us three oldies with the menu. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Thank you for a lovely meal we'll be back. Fish and chips was lovely.
Brilliant beer garden with huge screen showing sports, food & drink prices aren't bad. Friday & Saturday after 8pm there is a Dj loads of young ones having a ball.
Good mix of age groups, every one really friendly the staff are lovely too.
