The Nero is in the Liverpool L1 complex. There were two in our party. The café was hectically busy and it seemed under staffed.☹️ As such though the staff were trying to keep up, service was slow.🐌 The coffee and cakes were predictably of a good standard,🏆💷💷 though pricey. The decor was okay but the soft armchair seats were showing some signs of serious wear and though appeared potentially cosy, were in fact far from comfortable.☹️ The WC facilities were likely suffering from understaffing and were poorly maintained and unsanitary.

I like this Caffe Nero as the staff are friendly, the drinks are good and you can usually find a seat. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

This is a lovely cafe with the typical food choices. The coffee is better than other known brands I ve always thought. Customer service was lovely. The girls were very attentive to customers and polite. Even though I ve given it a 4 star ratings, honestly, toilets were disgusting such a lovely establishment and let down by dirty, run-down, and horrible toilets. Generally, cleanliness is an issue from dirty tables not being wiped down, etc.

Decided I wanted a cake after all that walking so treated myself to a chouxnut ( prononouced shoe-nut, 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣) this is the chocolate orange one 😋 it was delicious!! They also have raspberry and salted caramel ones, I like them all. But this one is by far my favourite 😁

Perfectly located for Liverpool city center, everything is nearby wether it be ships, the cinema, the waterfront! Cafe Nero is a lovely chain (and my personal favourite!) They have a large selection of hot and cold food and drinks and everyone's welcome! This particular cafe Nero has a few seats outside and if the weathers nice outside it's really lovely!

This branch of Caffe Nero is located in Peter's Arcade in the Liverpool One, it is close to high-end stores such as Nespresso and Hugo Boss and one of the few sheltered areas of the shopping centre, it is also close to more everyday stores such as Tesco and Catalan Deli, Lunya. Regular readers of my reviews will know, I'm more of a fan than Starbucks than other chains such as Caffe Nero, however as an O2 customer, I am able to get a free hot beverage or an iced coffee, to reward my loyalty for O2, which was the purpose of my visit today. As always, I must say this voucher had no correlation for me to write a review. This Caffe Nero is located in the high-end area of the One looks slightly nicer and apart from the heavy pull door to enter, it is mildly inviting and is a store I have wanted to visit for a while, so my coupon and the chance to be the first to review this branch of Nero since 2015, gave me the perfect opportunity. Inside, the decor is pretty typical and the size and overall look/feel remind me a lot of the branch just located just outside the Manchester Arndale. I ordered an iced Americano with some sugar syrup, there was originally some confusion on whether I could use this with the voucher, but I stood firm and continued to try and use it and was able to - there was a policy where you couldn't use the voucher on iced drinks but this must have been dating back from just before last summer, perhaps even 6 months ago - to not be aware of a change in such a long period of time, shows a lack of training. The quality of my beverage was satisfactory, I didn't like the fact they used paper straws over plastic straws which seems to be common practise at Nero branches, as I had the same inconvenience at a branch of the chain in York. An unmemorable, uninspiring but not dreadful branch of Nero which is deserving of a slightly generous two-star rating.

Store was pretty busy when we visited but we still got served fairly quickly. My coffee was ok but the table we sat at needed a good clean despite the fact the last persons stuff had been removed. Atmosphere was good and the nice big front window meant good people watching opportunities!

After a 5-6 hour drive from Bexhill for my girlfriends music tour, this is a sight for sore eyes. Comfy sofas, warm tea and nice staff. What more can you ask for? This place is located bang in the middle of the Liverpool One shopping area. Whatever that is. Seems to be a pretty big name place, there's a Michael Kors across the street. If you're in Liverpool this is a good spot. Central, comfortable and friendly.

Hmmmm, now what could be so special about this Cafe Nero, because Cafe Nero's are flooded all around Manchester. So special part about this one is the carrot cake topped with cream that you get! It's out of the world and surprisingly whenever I've had it, it's been soooo good! Yumm! It also has pretty paintings which when I asked out turned out to be rare ones. Coffees are great, and that's why cafe Nero is loved!

Usually I'd walk past this Caffe Nero and head for one of the independent cafe-bars in the city. Having been served two undrinkable cups of mud at Espresso however, I decided I couldn't face the hordes of weekenders without at least one decent cup of coffee in my stomach! Luckily, the barista at Nero was on good form and when I requested an Americano with hot milk that's exactly what I was given. Of course it didn't taste as good as a cup made from Monmouth or Union Coffee beans would. But what the hell - it was hot, it was strong and it helped me elbow my way through the crowds.
