Nice coffee. Every single table dirty, spills everywhere. I doubt tables are getting wiped at all during the day. Spent here some time didn't see anyone wiping tables.
Favourite Costa in town always a warm welcome
I walked in and this shop smelled musty, it didn't look very clean and looked dreary. In my opinion it was definitely NOT up to the brands usual standard.
I walked out and went in the Costa in Lord Street which was up to the brands good standard. Clean and nice to be in.
Sunday, pushed to get a table at one point so sat on only one available, covered in plates and leftovers. Been here 15 minutes and it is quiet now, one customer asked for cloth and spray and is cleaning her own table and my table is still full of plates.

Genuinely the worst Latte I've ever had. My girlfriend's a barista so yes my standards are high, but by God this coffee shop is not only the worst looking and has the worst atmosphere of any Costa I've been in, it also produces the worst coffee I have ever had the displeasure of drinking.

Rude staff, unpleasant cafe which is far below Costa's usual standards. Staff certainly do not seem to care about hygiene here. Will never return!
Went in at 6 closing at 8. Girl behind the till unable to smile or even use any form of manners. Obviously on close down mode.
