Absolutely amazing serving sizes! The bubble waffles were out of this world!!!!! Banoffle and chocolate nutter(?) the soft serve ice cream is yum and the gelato (I had hazelnut and chocolate) was awesome! Totally recommended!!
I ordered the Cremes Royale which had Ferrero Rocher. Loved the waffle and the chocolate ice cream. I would love to order again! I would recommend visiting to everyone.
I ordered the berry banana split for my husband and he loved it. His only issue was the banana at the end, it wasn't ripened properly. The strawberry was nice though! He also liked the crunchy biscuit too.
The atmosphere was nice, not too busy and not too empty. Quick service and lovely staff. Nice and clean areas.
The place is wonderful and comfy, and the crepe and waffle are delicious and delicious the used chocolate I liked very much, the icecream is also delicious and creamy, and the coffee is 7 out of 10
Staff were super friendly and welcoming, showed us to our table straight away. Place was very clean and modern and the bathroom was really cool too! Menu offered an amazing range of things!! We opted for the crepes and they were so good and very good value for money! Will 100% be back here soon!

Good ice cream, get lots. Got over charged as couldn't make till do little explorer so put it through as something else. I was going to mention it as we were leaving but it took 45mins for two staff to make 2 ice creams, the kids one and cookie dough so decided not worth the bother.
Liverpool One really needed a place like this! A really great asset to the heart of the city. Friendly staff that give you the best customer service. Cool surroundings that make your experience that whole lot better. The desserts are of a very high standard and so yummylicious!!

Amazzzzing desserts. However, when we visited as a group of 5 for a birthday (including 2 kids) we were shown to a tucked away table that was clearly significantly too small when there were larger booths available. It mightve been alright for a few kids but not 3 fully grown adults. Had the business been full of customers or booked it wouldve been understandable however it wasnt. I felt the staff unfortunatly didnt give any regards to our group and to what would accomodate best. We ended up moving ourselves to a slightly more accomodating size booth when my sister expressed her discomfort of being pushed into an uncomfortable seating arrangement. It was only after we moved a lovely gal offered us a better spot when a table came avail but we declined, as the parents couldnt be fussed making another move. Its really awkward to do such things more than once with kids about. Top place, cool atmosphere. But without sounding like a cliche, the customer and experience should really come first from the moment they walk in. And especially being a dessert place, I'd expect it to be a bit more understanding towards groups(family groups even)
Absolutely stunning desserts but make sure you know what you're ordering as i wasn't aware of the portion size... It was MASSIVE!! Pleasantly full & the staff was very helpful x
