After our first visit to the new store I have to echo the remarks regarding the very poor coffee shop. As customers who visit Southport and Warrington, shop and have lunch, we were appalled at the size layout and general atmosphere of the coffee shop. A very disappointing visit.
After another visit to the store we had
already decided not to bother with the
cafe but my friend wanted a toilet, we were amazed to learn there is only one in the whole store. She queued with six other people. Finance must play a part
in the latest designs but really.
OMG, the guy (with no name badge) so professional dedicated to his customer, we couldn't find ready made stuffing in the chilled section, even after we had been told where to look, stopped this gut, he looked, couldn't locate, asked a colleague, couldn't locate, we thanked him & moved away towards the tills, couple of minutes later, he appeared with a tray of said stuffing, dedicated to spend those extra couple of minutes on what was obviously a busy day for one customer, outstanding, employee of the month in our eyes. 🤗
Came here looking for a shirt for graduation, stock levels were thin because the stores moving to a new location soon but David was an absolute god send in helping me try and find what I was after. He let me try on the sample shirts to get my sizing perfect and then combed through the in-store and online stock to let me know all my possible options.
Very tasty afternoon tea for a very cheap price at its own cafeteria. Lots selection of best quality cheesecakes and desserts can be found in the food court. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
M & S here is always a combination of food, grocery, medicine, and wears.
Being in the city centre magnetizes the crowd of customers' heavy patronage.

I went yesterday to buy a bra. I’m almost 8 month pregnant so it was quite hard to find something comfortable. A girl working there , Leanne, asked me just on question. And right away she knew what I needed, gave me two bras to try and one of them was an absolutely perfect match. I was so close to walk out with something that wasn’t for me, and Leanne help me so much. She was extremely kind, caring and professional. I honestly haven’t feel this comfortable in months. I will recommend Leanne to every women I know that needs a bra.

Very helpful staff. Excellent quality for fresh and frozen food. They even got frozen itsu gyosa! Lovely!
