The staff are always nice and friendly also the food isn't so bad either I have come 2 days later now but for evening meal, I am very disappointed I asked for gammon and chips plain with no egg no veg nothing because got a allergy to eggs I said could you take that back and told them why, the girl brought the same peice of gammon back I told her I advise you if you don't want me to sue you take that away, it all got sorted in the end but am sticking to the lunch time staff next

I came here with my 9 year old daughter today and honestly the atmosphere here was amazing. I’ve recently just moved into the area and felt hesitant about visiting new places but the manager Ste really made me feel at home. He was amazing! The food here was on another level, couldn’t say anything wrong about this place. I must say, I’m recently divorced and have been on the eye for a new father for my daughter, Ste will be the absolute dream. Will definitely be coming back again next week and hope to see Ste again 😉X

It always a pleasure to visit the infamous Brookhouse. The atmosphere is unmatched! The last time I was there the lovely little Joe helped with the assistance of my elderly Nan :) He was so kind!

Love my visit every time I come here but just wanted to take the time to say Nicole provided some of the best service I’ve ever had. Was so helpful helping me pick a drink and same with the food, gave it promptly with a huge smile. Amazing young girl

A poem for Steve, titled; ‘Steve Don’t You Ever Leave’ In a world where dreams take flight, there's Steve, a shining light, With a heart so kind, and eyes that gleam, he's living out his dream. In fields of code, he finds his way, each line of text, a bright array, With keystrokes swift, he paints the screen, a digital artist, unseen. But beyond the screen, there's much more to know, Steve's a friend, with a warmth that does show, In laughter and stories, in joy and in strife, He's the kind of friend who brightens your life. Through challenges faced and mountains climbed, Steve's resilience and spirit, truly sublime, With a smile that's infectious, a spirit so free, In the story of Steve, we all want to be. So here's to Steve, in this poetic rhyme, A friend, a dreamer, a star in his prime, May his journey be filled with joy and delight, A beacon of hope, in the darkest of night.

Wow what a night I had. 7some with all staff members and had. 2 for 1 cocktail shouldn’t I was at it. Then I left and slept with the priest down the road. 10:10 experience I loved it x

Was out for a walk on a Sunday afternoon when me and my family decided to go for lunch in the Brookehouse on Smithdown Road, the atmosphere was vibrant when we arrived and we were served by a lovely and good looking cohort of bar staff, particularly a witty young chap by the name of Ewan. However, when we recieved our drinks and sat down for food my mother in law wanted more bacon bits on her on her Hunters Chips and a senior member of staff rudely took away her plate and shockingly on his return slammed the plate in front of her and spat in her face and then preceeded to do a backflip in celebration, which caused all of my children including my 9 month old newborn to start crying, to which he berated them and called them ‘little baby faggots’, I was furious with this behaviour and demanded to speak to his manager. To my suprise he held out his hand and said ‘You’re looking at him, the names Stephen’…We will not be returning to this establishment!
