Love this Starbucks so cosy and nice atmosphere. The girl that served me was lovely and left me a really nice message on my drink that made my day on a day I needed it most! I wasn’t able to give her a proper thank you so I left a note! Hope she got it 😊😁
As a regular customer every time I get a coffee at this place all the staff were very welcoming by always asking how I am and am I having a good day. This will always be one of my happy places and I will always come here so thank you for making me feel welcome, happy and warm
Relaxing environment. Loads of plug sockets if you come to do work and free wi-fi. Service is good staff are friendly and helpful.

Queue is sometimes a bit long but I love the dimmed feel of the place. I always feel a bit chilled when I stop for a coffee here.
Met here for a coffee date last Friday. It was nice and clean, and considering it's on the edges of Liverpool One, it was fairly quiet.
The queue was small, but the staff were attentive. We stayed for a good while, and only had a short wait to get another drink, even though it was lunchtime.

Excellent service; I originally waited outside with my dogs but the staff kindly invited them in and gave them a free tub of cream each. Very nice touch and greatly appreciated as they were both halfway through a 4 hour walk. Well done guys, touch of class.
The staff were lovely and friendly. I felt the wait for my coffee took a while cos there was only one poor guy making all the drinks and there was 10+ people waiting so likely an issue with the scheduling there.

Tom provided exceptional service today. He was very friendly, patient, and kind to every customer I saw him interact with. Will definitely be returning because of him!

My personal experience in there was very good. Customers service quick and very proffessional. What i really liked while ordering my favourite drinks that staff working there were happy, with good working ethics also very approachable. I always recomend this coffee shop. Thanks
The coffee was good. It's a very nice place for someone that likes places with low light and comfy sofas. It could have been cleaner but it was a nice experience overall. Oh and the phone signal might be bad.😁
Really friendly staff and they make consistently good coffees. Queues are dealt with quickly too. Only problem is the tables are usually dirty, but there is usually only a couple of staff in so it's clear they're working as fast as they reasonably can anyway
Kids & wife enjoyed it. Not really into these places well set out inside with the social distancing only 1 pain was the wait of about 15minutes to get drink. My son got stuck in the toilet that put a smile on my face.
