Absolutely enjoyed my lunch with my daughter today, Mollie was our server , thank you attentive, friendly, helpful and above all a wonderful human… watched her diligently doing her job and putting up with some very dismissive people…. She is an absolute treasure and credit to your team

Staff were nice and helpful. Had to wait a bit to be seated I think mainly because they were short of staff? Food took a while to arrive but food was good at the end. We had Calamari, Salmon Bowl and Half rack ribs. Harvesters is known for the unlimited salad which was great!

This is really just to praise our server SHAUN. We arrived quite late in the day, staff probably ready to start closing but he still gave us the most polite and friendly service. Also heard him with a late table of 8, was so pleasant and patient even though they table was large and picky. Super friendly and genuinely nice customer service!

Breakfast was amazing and also catered to my daughters specific food requirements due to her Autism. Which was really great and I appreciate so much! Waitress Amy was amazing and was there to help if we needed anything else and could not do enough for us! Thank you Amy!

Booked a table for lunch today as we had received a discount voucher for here.
We were quickly welcomed into the restaurant and shown to our table.
Drinks orders taken while we chose from the menu
We ordered a fillet steak with peppercorn sauce and the BBQ chicken stack plus soft drinks.
We made our selection from the salad bar which we found lovely and fresh with plenty to choose from. Our meals arrived they looked and tasted delicious. We were very happy with our food. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy and we couldn't fault the service from start to finish especially from Sarah who looked after us

We went for breakfast today, this was the first time we’d been to Harvester for breakfast and following the amazing service from Helen we will definitely be returning. The food was beautiful. The atmosphere was welcoming. The service from made the experience 5 star for us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Haven't been for ages but very impressed with the new staff first of all. Some nice additions to the menu and salad bar. Great choice of music in the background too.

First time visiting this Harvester, after a busy day Christmas shopping, we decided to get a quick tea before we headed home, we were greeted quickly and shown to a lovely table overlooking the kitchen, from the get go the service was amazing, all of the team were helpful and friendly.
Especially Sarah who was looking after us, she was chatty, informative and very genuine and nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was spot on and we will definitely return in the future.
Thank you!!

I've visited The Harvester Aintree on several occasions. It is without doubt the best breakfast I've had since Gary Wilmots wedding.
As a Butcher, I can appreciate the value of good bacon sausage and black pudding!
Everything here is cooked to order, is very hot and is plentiful too.
The highlight of the visit for me is the quality of the surroundings and of the service.
A young lady called Amy served me again today. She was super helpful, friendly and nothing was an effort for her. The entire Harvester experience is something I would recommend to anybody looking for good quality freshly cooked food, great surroundings and absolutely the best service you can expect to receive .
If you havent been, you really must go.

Had dinner here last night. Harvesters are pretty predictable places but service is not necessarily! Last night Shaun was our waiter. He was pleasant, helpful, attentive, responsive & generally absolutely excellent. Every Harvester needs a Shaun. Food was good too!
Only negative was there was music in the restaurant & the kitchen had music - both were competing which was a bit frustrating. We moved tables & that sorted the problem!

Good service and smiley staff . Typical chain pub food , but good and I would go again . Varied menu . Burgers , steaks , chicken .it’s a good venue for a family meal and couples . I was happy with my burger and chips .

Poor Food in comparison to the Price... Okay Service. No problem with the waitress who served us yesterday evening, she was polite and attentive enough, the rest of the staff in the place congregated behind the bar, laughing and joking with one of the chefs.

My partner and I just wanted a quick and cheap meal out, this was quick enough but extremely expensive for the poor quality food.

The menu consists of mixture of about 7 different but all very samey burgers or steaks with a choice of chips, or jacket potatoes on the side, a relish and a side salad. Sounds okay for an average of about £9.00 per head just for a main course (not including drinks). Bear in mind however I can try somewhere else local and order a gourmet burger which is unbelievably good for the same price with the same items just without the side salad.

The salad itself is definitely worth a miss as a mixture of dried out red onions, cucumbers, peppers and shredded iceberg lettuce with a choice of about 7 cloudy and unappealing dressings.

The burger arrived, the cheese (which was blue cheese) had gone blue but then yellow again it was so old. It completely destroyed all feeling in my mouth and turned my stomach sour on the first bite. My partner doesn't like me complaining so I took the rotten cheese out of the burger and tried again. This time I was put off by the over powering bacon, which was so strong tasting that I doubt a pig had been anywhere near the rasher itself. Get down to the burger and taste the greasiest piece of class Z beef anywhere on the market.

You may guess that I do like good food and would rarely eat out at a chain restaurant, and you would be partly correct. I would not however have felt compelled to write a bad review if I wasn't paying the same for far better quality at another similar sized (but more up market) chain restaurant / pub.

If you don't fancy a burger or a steak you can try fish and chips or a pie... on a warm spring evening that should be just the ticket??

Basically you are better off going to macdonalds, it will taste better for literally half the price, I wish I did.

Our first visit and won't be our last.. My husband myself and our 9 month old grandson have just had our first visit to the Harvester on Aintree retail park. I really enjoyed the food and the staff were so nice especially the young man who served us. It is a bit more expensive than the usual pubs, but the surroundings are very nice and the staff are so helpful. We would go here again.

Customer relations very bad. My husband and i went to have a meal to the Aintree park pub on Friday evening at 7.30pm. on arriving in the pub we was greeted by a waitress who dashed over to us to inform us that there would be half an hour wait. As we looked around the restaurant we could see lots of empty tables and were happy to sit and have a drink as we waited for our meal. We didn't have the choice to do this as she then told us very sharply she had other people to attend to before us, which we found very hard to understand as the people she was talking about wasn't even in the pub. I just felt so upset as we had travelled to this harvester as we heard it was newly opened and thought we would try it as the usually have a good reputation, however this lady is not a good advert for there customer relations, as we were turned away without an apology and felt really upset and humiliated.
