I’m a regular customer that comes in every day , staff are lovely and always remember my order , I feel staff are over worked and need more staffing to help.

I went to the Costa at Penny Lane Liverpool. Made my order then realised I had forgotten my purse. Callum was more than helpful and let me have what I ordered and said just pay next time you are in. This was such a lovely thing to do for someone he didn't know and I really appreciated it. Good job a

Professional service, friendly and the place was clean and tidy. Nice coffee too.

This Costa is quite dark inside as only windows in front. On this visit the coffee was good but they had run out of tea cakes! The back ground noise from the chiller cabinets and coffee machines was a but annoying. I think because the place is a bit like a tunnel it amplifies the sound.
Really enjoyed my coffee and toast here the staff were lovely and ill be going back
Great staff who were friendly and very helpful. Prices are a bit steep but the large latte and ham and cheese toastie were first class. Free Wi Fi as well.
Really nice smaller costa coffee. I'm a big fan of this location because the staff are super friendly, its really clean and has the atmosphere you would want from a busy coffee shop.
