today i ordered delivery so that i could claim a reward which is the 8 pieces of free fillet , but they forgot to put it in, i went to the store. the manager instantly gave me the fillets and they even gifted 2 packs of regular signature fries! how generous and kind of them, i'm a happy girl again :

Love this KFC! 1. They have cuttlery, napkins, ketchup, mayo and salt free for customers, no need requesting from the staff. Save time! 2. They put perfect combination of salt and pepper on fries. Make it tasty!

Typical KFC, But, easy parking, easy access, especially for disabled, good quick service, staff friendly and welcoming!!! Recommended!!!

Loved it. The quality of their chicken is slightly better than anywhere else. Just the fries are little soggy.

Jack was really kind and had amazing customer service, couldn't ask for much more when there was an issue with the delivery of our food. Thanks Jack!

The queue was expected on a sunday night at this place. Food was served hot and properly packed. The place itself could have been cleaner but sub-standard for a sunday night.

Small KFC but very clean and friendly service. Parking disaster - can’t park car outside and have meal as all parking machines down or broken. So you can’t eat with peace of mind as you stressing about if you won’t get a ticket 🙈

Food was piping hot and delicious. Had to request our table to be cleaned. Quite a chaotic place catering for students. But definitely yummy

Good food. Very busy, avoid Saturday evenings, waited 20 minutes for order. Small shop, with too many delivery people. Better travelling to the Dock road to the drive through.

Great food, lovely frothy latte, excellent service and happy staff. We were treated to a sing-along to the background music whilst we ate. :) I left my card in the machine and it was promptly brought over to me. Thanks for that.
