This store can be a bit hit & miss. A lot of the staff are are young, & clearly inexperienced , making service slow, need's more than 2 staff on over the busy lunchtime. I'm told there's a new manager here, & the shop does appear cleaner & tidier, with the newer staff being more experienced, very pl
I am as regular Subway customer and I would have been lost without this during the last year, a piece of normality in the chaos.
The staff have worked pretty much right through the pandemic so I think as customers we should be appreciative.
Always enjoy the food here and typically quiet so get served food quickly and plenty of seating. They also do discount 9n your food provided you have proof of working for the NHS.
My local its been on hard times looks like has new staff, hopefully on the up, lad who served me gave loads of recommendations about sauces and toasting onions and peppers on my steak and cheese its was proper tasty
Staff are brilliant and perform well under pressure. Been there a few times and it's always been nice and busy and as always your staff have took it in their stride
