Everything was just perfect specially the staff !! They were really helpful in guiding us through the menu and helping us in select best suited dish,, they have vast menu and needs to visit more than once ( as iam visiting this restaurant for the first time) 5 star for the vegan burger and Fridays grilled chicken burger !!

The food in Fridays is amazing absolutely no complaints there at all, however my boyfriend ordered a chocolate milkshake (he normally has a lager but he was driving) The milkshake had merely a trace of chocolate in it (I don't like chocolate and I could only detect a trace) it was also so thin/watery it was like a glass of skimmed milk. Upon complaining to our server Gemma M she apologised and replaced it only for that one to be exactly the same, he was really so appalled he had to settle for a glass of coke (You can see by the photo how happy he was when it arrived - that lasted as long as it took to take his first and only sip) The restaurant is immaculate, no problem there. I think if it wasn't for our server Gemma M who was absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful and understanding he would of simply walked out. We had to stop at McDonald's on the way home for a milkshake that actually contained chocolate and was thicker than skimmed milk. So disappointed that Fridays (which is not cheap) Actually let the side down by something as simple as not getting a milkshake right. Take a lesson from McDonalds at the very least please TGI'S. For the poorest milkshake ever I have only rated 3 stars. Very disappointed

Went for a bottomless brunch over the Easter Weekend. Food was tasty and filling with a good amount of options for bottomless drinks. Our server Tilly was very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, a lovely experience and would recommend
TGI Fridays is one of my all time favourite leading restaurant chains which offers a huge variety of food! I would recommend loaded fries and definitely JD seasmine chicken. Only slight nag is to bring back Cajun pasta that was my favourite meal on menu.
Went for my sons 10th birthday...we preferred a quieter seating as my son has autism . The staff were very accommodating and performed will in the birthday wishes .
All food was great but I have to say I was dissapoknted with the ribs ...dry and tough and did not pull away from bone as easy as in othere resteraunts I frequent .
But still all in all a good night
Had a lovely lunch for one after my sister failed to arrive! Charlotte was incredible, patient and took care of me. Good for and lovely cocktails. Thank you Charlotte 😘
My 1st time at TGI's but very impressed with the whole experience. Ray was really lovely and clearly someone who goes above and beyond in his job role. Ray and the team really made Jack's 14th amazing and in his words "his best Birthday ever!!". Can't wait to come back again for the phenomenal food and service!
I went for some food, wasn’t having the best of the days, and Gemma my server was so lovely and attentive, made me feel better in a bad day.

Nice restaurant with a clean and crisp feel. American themed in both accessories and food. Large enough range of food and drinks will keep visitors happy. Staff are nice and friendly. Waiting times for food can vary.
Great food as always, and some good deals on. Our waitress, Gemma, deserves special mention for being super attentive and so friendly!
So today has been such a big day at the hospital for my daughter that we had to celebrate somewhere of her choice TGI Friday and I can't thank the staff that looked after us and made it so much more spectacular they really go that extra mile and made the day even more special thank you. The food was incredible as well as the atmosphere
Was OK quite expensive tho as its not the best food as health wise but wasn't horrible just average, girl who served us was lovely the place was nice so was OK x
I attended with my wife for an unplanned meal and drinks. We sat at the bar before our meal and got chatting to the young lady Georgia, she created brilliant quality drinks with perfect service. We hope she's able to spend time with her best friend she was telling us about, before she moves abroad. Would be well deserved after the excellent service that was delivered to us today!! Thank you Georgia!
