Went to 2 different Starbucks in Liverpool as my daughter loves the place..not being a coffee lover I had breakfast tea. Friendly staff..comfy chairs and reasonably priced drinks.
Went in and was blown away by a gentleman called Jay. He was polite and very accommodating to my requests. He further helped to clean the floor when someone spilled her drink and replaced it. This is a true definition of Golden customer service. I’ll definitely be coming again. Well done - JAY !!! Love Elsie
Solid service with a great upstairs options with good views and pleasant atmosphere to do some remote work.
