King Cod - Liverpool - Photo album

I'm not really into 'chippy dinners', but I drove past here a few times and it caught my eye. It was then recommended, so I thought I'd give it a go. Finally went in last week... I waited five minutes or so for my order; that gave me time to nose at the menu and take notice of the fact that the who
Used to be good but all they do now is sprinkle some salt and pepper mix from a jar, considering they used to put fresh peppers and onions on as well. Also the fish have shrunk drastically, they were once the best around now not worth a visit sadly.
Lovely fresh fish, but not much else to choose from but then again this is a fish and chip shop - not a Chinese. Have to say, the chips were absolutely spot on and defo not warm ups. They were perfect. Highly recommended if you love fish and chips.
Brilliant fish and chips. Masters of the trade. Not one of those chip shops that try to do everything i.e pizzas, kebabs, burgers; they are a proper chippy, reflected by their opening hours: 12-9. The small fish dinner is perfect for lunch or dinner, would highly recommend.
Best salt n pepper fish and chips ever
King Cod is a fabulous chip shop. Food is well priced and portions generous. They don't deliver as they offer a personal service and want the food to be right. No point getting food half and hour after ordering. Try them - you won't be disappointed.
Been a few times always disappointed. Latest was salt and pepper chips with no peppers just onion and barely any seasoning looking anemic. Photo is up. So I'm done. Up your game.
Love the smaller portions of fish and chips , never fails me best chippy ever
