I love my Sainsbury's shop in Rice lane, the staff are so helpful and friendly, I am just hoping that the merger with Asda will have no influence on the store , I dislike Asda and don't shop there by choice . Thank you today for the help and assistance I received today at the store by such lovely staff xx

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Lisa and Annette in the Sainsbury’s Rice Lane store today! We had a massive corporate order issue which they resolved so efficiently and nothing was to much trouble! Absolutely amazing service from everyone in there! Thanks again!!!

I meet friends most Tuesdays for a catch up. Our drinks and food are always nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, which is surprising as, particulaly lately, there is never enough of them. I think this is reflected by the Cafe not being as busy as it was. This is also the case in the Sainsbury's I shop in.

I called in to the cafe in Sainsbury's to break up my shopping trip originally to get a coffee, but while looking at the menu decided to have a cheese and onion quiche with salad and baby potatoes. It was quite busy and staff were under pressure but kept the place clean and tidy and i didn't have to wait to long for my food. The meal was very nice and a good portion which I washed down with a cappuccino.
