Went at the most busiest time,so burger was a bit cold but still good,nice staff
Went late night after bongo's bingo. Was very very busy. Staff dealt with the busy period very well but was over 30 orders before me - so long wait time. So if going on weekend late evening expect wait time.
Decent service and hot chocolate but they are really depressing place hard on the staff as users just treat macdeez like a pig sty

Gets busy due to the number of Uber deliveries they do, but usually quick service and the are good at getting your order right if you want plain burgers etc.
