Snowy morning. Staff friendliest i have met. Made my morning. Food good, nice & fresh & hot. Would recommend. First time I have been to this Mcdonalds. I will be back.

Always pop in when driving through Liverpool. It has a drive through the food is good.
The food was excellently prepared and served quickly, however I was waiting longer for my order to be taken than it to be prepared
Nice little drive thro with parking too. Couple of mins from Royal Albert Dock also close to baltic Market, . Which is where LU BAN restaurant
Only went in for coffee service was good staff very friendly
It was OK not my favourite McDonald's in Liverpool but handy as I was in Baltic triangle

Vicky made my day today. I was tucking into my guilty pleasure of fresh chicken nuggets when the box fell tipping them onto the floor. I'd written it off as a loss but Vicky spotted it and arrived with a replacement just as I was binning the old ones. Outstanding staff. Made what would've been an unpleasant mishap a pleasant bit of the day - outstanding. Will be back when in town!!
Not bad place shame it has youth club vibes and nowhere to sit due to locals using it as a youth club.

Decent service and hot chocolate but they are really depressing place hard on the staff as users just treat macdeez like a pig sty
