What a find! Located in quiet and beautiful park. Amazing building and rooms (huge) inside here🤩Feels like you are in a museum or an expensive restaurant but without high price to pay. Great for family with kids as well (see my comment on that). Especially parents with little kids would know how difficult to relax in a nice place for a meal…
Food quality is decent but it’s generous and keeping the price so low (felt like they were subsidised!). I know already many people mentioned but the great selection of cakes and desserts…They are massive and look fantastic!
Yesterday we arranged a surprise birthday party for my Mum. The staff at the hall were extremely helpful, kind and pleasant. We were a big group of 22 including 5 small children. We were accommodated in the library room which meant we didn’t have to worry about disturbing other diners and this worked really well. We were provided with 2 high chairs and our vastly differing food orders came promptly and were lovely. It was great that you allowed us to bring a homemade birthday cake and you even provided us with a knife and boxes to take the remaining cake away. Thank you so much to all the staff. I don’t get names but everyone we met yesterday was great. We may have found our go to place for future family parties. X
Food was delicious. I had the carvery and meat was tender and moist and all the vegetables perfectly cooked. Staff were attentive and helpful. My only gripe was the huge tear in the seat where we sat on table 30.
We were a family of 16 booked in for a birthday. The food was beautiful. Sarah our waitress was so attentive and lovely especially with our 2 young children. Sarah is a real credit to your company. People are quick to leave negative comments or reviews, and sometimes deservedly so, and not so quick to give credit where credit is due. We could not fault our experience at Allerton Hall. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon. 👍
Not only is this building itself absolutely stunning but the staff (polite and helpful) and the food is simply perfect.
On this day I had a carvery, all the meats looked much better than most places; and the sides selection was more than standard too.
Everything ran smoothly and staff where very helpful indeed, seating was swift and without problems.
The interior of the build is a perfect addition to having your meal and drinks, giving a nice warm and homely ambience.
Family's , solo and couples , everyone is welcome and the facilities are also very good.
A park outside for children, lots of space outside for dog walking and lots of outdoor seating.
Over all a lovely experience, if your after food out and about , don't hesitate to choose this location, you won't be disappointed.
Last couple of weeks we have been in here for takeaway roasts and Sarah and the staff have been lovely. Very quick service and food has been delicious on all occasions. Makes Sundays roasts so much easier not having to cook yourself. Highly recommend and will certainly be returning again.

Regular diner here anyway but first time booking for Christmas and it did not disappoint. Really fantastic job and well done to the staff for giving up their Christmas Day with their families to work. Food was immaculate as always and atmosphere was really enjoyable, Will be booking here for Christmas again! The food was quickly brought to the table as well considering how busy it was. Only thing I would say is the queue was really big for the carvery but that is to be expected on Christmas Day.
Not been for a long time after a few very poor meals, but today was a totally different. The food was great. Fresh and well presented. Georgia and the other members of staff who's names I didn't catch were all very nice. There was no wait on the food and tables were cleared quickly. A massive improvement on past experiences. Will return soon. Keep up the good work.
Held the wake for a funeral here in the large private room - approx 40- 45 guests arrived. I'd ordered cold & hot buffet for 30 but it didn't run out. Lots of positive comments about food from guests, 2 people recommended it as venue to a friend who was looking for a funeral wake venue. Room nicely decorated and ideal size. Staff were brilliant, v helpful when booking & throughout our time there. Kudos to assistant manager who advised us and his colleague Laura/Louise? (Sorry!) Venue has improved significantly since my last visit some years ago. 👍
Once again a gorgeous meal with delicious meat and a great choice of vegetables. Our server Jojo was friendly and efficient and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great value for money too! What’s not to like?
