Definitely a 5 star this place. Nice and clean, friendly staff. 2 touch screens order points, plenty of seating. Lots of window space makes it feel bigger inside which I think is a good thing.
Located between Albert Dock and Baltic Triangle means this store can become really busy with customers walking in and loads of delivery guys on bicycles as well as customers driving through. I don't think I have ever been to a KFC and they have got my order right. If you ask for a Zinger box meal... You get a standard box meal with no Zinger sauce with hot wings and I got the wrong drink.

Food is meh. The quality of the food here is really hit or miss. Furthermore, I have never been to this KFC without the tables being absolutely filthy. I have had to clean them myself multiple times. You're much better odd going to the McDonald's that's next door.

Spent over £30 yesterday and everything went in bin other than hot wings. Ordered a large gravy was given two smalls. One of which was only half full. Every single piece of chicken we received was well and truly over cooked and a dark brown colour, completely dry and inedible. An awful long wait in
