I’ve been coming here for about five years and it’s always the most fun. The staff remember you and the drinks are very reasonably priced. My only quibble would be the song list isn’t always 100% up to date but the song list is so thorough you will still be able to fill at least one hour if not two with bangers. We love it here!
We really enjoyed our evening tonight at MBOX! You'll read reviews where they slate it and say it's disgusting and seedy and I'm not invalidating that, but it's definitely better than we expected. I walked in expecting it to be disgusting and greasy and seedy and it really wasn't any of that, I felt comfortable and knew the staff would be happy to help if I had any issues. The song selection is great - compared to what others are saying. Very few songs they don't have. Only confusing thing is you have to search for the artist by initials or acronyms rather than spelling- so for Justin Bieber it would be JB. It's brilliant value for money on a weekend- £12 for an hour and 2 single drinks or one double is excellent. Very happy with our evening.

me and friends came here last night for a birthday party, two girls work in the bar were really polite and helpful to show you how to work on the machine. We spent 12 per head and each of us got 2 drinks each, great deal,great time!
Awful initial experience. Booked in advance and then when we turned up we’re told that they were now full (basically they overbooked and didn’t tell us).
Turned away and had to wait until midnight to return. Unfortunately, not somewhere you can rely on to book…
Review updated: We went back later and staff apologised again for the mix up. Provided a free drink.
Pros - Drinks were well priced, as was the Karaoke, the rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space, service was fine once we were in.
Cons - Limited song choice, little outdated and the interface is a little clunky.

Came here for my friends hen night and every had a blast! We found the service to be super friendly and even ended up getting extra time in our room :)
Bar tender and staff were brilliant really generous and offered great service for my hen party!! Would definitely give it a visit. The staff are up for a laugh and they check in with you to make sure your having a good time.
Very good experience there. Good range of songs though not many up to date ones.
Was brilliant experience gave us free drinks, lasted longer than an hour and was such a good thing to do with friends would highly recommend
