Applebee's Grill + Bar

UPDATE: Applebee's is one of my favorite restaurants. They have a variety of affordable food and it's a casual dining environment where you can have a quality meal and good service. My husband and I had recently gone and had a not so good experience in which we felt crowded in our isle seats and like staff were preoccupied and anxious about some sort of staff review or maybe something unusual happening that night with staffing. I wrote a review sharing how much we were disappointed and we wanted to leave and take our food home with us, but couldn't due to ordering an "all you can eat" special. After writing my post, Applebee's reached out to me to apologize for our experience and allowed me the opportunity to write in further detail about what happened. They acknowledged our concerns, were very respectful and informed me that they used my concerns as a learning moment to make customer service the best that they can. We were also offered a store credit to make up for our negative experience and the food we were unable to take home with us. We just went back to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary with our family of 5, and the whole meal was covered by our credit, which shows how affordable this restaurant is. We had a great time and our food was delicious :D It was a nice and memorable experience, and I am very happy!

We are at Applebee in Clay on Rt. 31. The service is great and food came out and was cooked the way we ordered it. The people here are friendly and efficient. Our server Lisa was great she was helpful and listened to our order and got it correct. She is very friendly. I highly recommend the Clay Applebee's. To our servers and cooks..Thank you for a great late lunch.
