Excellent service: after choosing a bouquet on-line, but seeking same day delivery 13th July 2023, a telephone order in the morning obtained mid-afternoon delivery to the local address. Flowers and chocolates were received with much satisfaction.

Top service. I was sent a photo of the delivery, at first I thought it was to be left on the doorstep but I was assured they were handed over to someone. This is what they do to avoid embarrassing photos 😀 By sending me the photo I could also see how beautiful the bouquet was. Fantastic service, will definitely use again.

The team at booker have been excellent throughout the planning and delivery of my wedding florals. After the initial appointment and request I changed my order a few times (delivery addresses, items, item number) and it was never an issue. The flowers on the day were exactly what I'd envisioned and we'd talked through so many months before. Afterwards they have also lasted incredibly well. Heartily recommend.

I can't thank Fleur and the Team enough for the lovely funeral flowers they created for my husband. We requested some really challenging pieces but they did an incredible job. Exemplary service. I had some issues at checkout and got a call out of the blue to fix it. So so so impressed. Next day delivery on a Monday after ordering on a Sunday. The only company I could find offering this. And the flowers are gorgeous with a cute little fake ladybird on one of the leaves. I’m delighted. My friend who I sent the flowers to is delighted.
