I planned a chocolate making workshop for my sisters hen do. Couldn't have gone any better. Making our own chocolates and chocolate lollys. learning about he history, was very interesting and really enjoyable. would definitely recommend. We were a late too because of our train but Bala who took the class was really understandable and was lovely throughout the experience.

We asked Bala at the Chocolate Cellar to run a children’s workshop for our daughters 9th birthday. Bala and Poppy were very attentive and kept everyone busy creating some wonderful chocolate creations. The feedback from the children and their parents has been super positive. If you are looking for something a little different to celebrate a child’s birthday and allow them to great creative I’d highly recommend Bala’s Chocolate Workshop.
Thank you so much for all our wonderful chocolate treats this Easter. The collection of salted caramel chocolate eggs are incredible a new favourite of the whole family. The quality and texture of both the chocolate and caramel filling are wonderfully smooth and creamy, with a centre of salted gooey caramel they are devine. Have a great Easter x
Had an absolutely amazing time at the creative workshop over the weekend. Bala and Poppy were super welcoming and we had such a great experience. All the chocolates we tried were delicious and we went home with so many. Would highly recommend.
I went to pick up an order of two truffle gift boxes. They have the full variety of the wonderful flavours Bala and the team offer. Even though I know this time of year is crazy busy for them, they had smiles and time for a quick chat. They always do.

Recently did the Dabbler chocolate experience at The Chocolate Cellar and what a fabulous time we had! The staff were great fun, and the owner Bala was fascinating, such an inspirational and passionate lady. We had a brilliant time learning about chocolate, the Chocolate Cellar story, and what makes good choc. We made chocolate lollies and shapes and a big chocolate bar, and learned how to temper chocolate.
Great experience, would recommend to anyone!
I've been buying dark chocolate from here since they opened many moons ago - for me it's the perfect % of cocoa, not too milky and not too bitter. Sour cherries has been my favourite and I like the fact that I can order a box of all dark truffles for special occasions. Popped in yesterday and found there's a new bar on the block - espresso - another winner from Bala 😊.
I bought some Chocolates from the Chocolate Cellar for my sister as a present but they turned up and had been smashed to pieces and I rang Bala and she was absolutely lovely and arranged to send out a replacement which subsequently arrived on time. I just wanted to say not only are your Chocolates excellent, your customer service is first class and I can't recommend you enough. Thanks Bala you were brilliant.
